Savi heads to the temple on a bus and receives a call from Harini. She tells Harini she’s on the bus and will call back after reaching the temple. Ishaan boards the same bus and is surprised to see Savi. The conductor directs Ishaan to a vacant seat, which happens to be next to Savi. Savi buys a ticket for Chandika Devi Temple, prompting Ishaan to realize they’re headed to the same place.
Ishaan asks Savi where she’s going, and she explains she’s visiting the temple to pray on her parents’ death anniversary. Ishaan is taken aback and mentions she never told him. Savi responds that their relationship wasn’t close enough to share such details.
Reeva calls Ishaan, asking when he’ll reach the hotel. Ishaan replies he’s on the bus and will arrive soon. Reeva informs him that Surekha is eagerly waiting to perform their engagement at Chandika Devi Temple. After hanging up, Ishaan tells Savi about the engagement plans. Savi sarcastically comments that he must be excited about it.
Sayili and Sachin from the serial *Udneki Asha* board the bus and start their usual banter. Sayili notices Ishaan and Savi, asking if they’re also going to Chandika Devi Temple. She assumes they’re a couple and asks their names. Savi and Ishaan try to explain they’re getting divorced, but Sachin’s chatter prevents them.
Surekha nervously hopes Savi doesn’t disrupt the engagement, while Reeva reassures her it will happen. Savi asks Ishaan why he didn’t correct Sayili’s assumption. Ishaan replies that the opinions of strangers don’t matter to him. Frustrated, Savi tries to change seats but finds all seats are taken.
The bus stops at a dhaba for a break. Sachin and Sayili continue their playful banter as they step off the bus. Sayili storms out of the dhaba, heading back towards the bus in anger. Savi joins her, but they are both kidnapped by goons who tie them to poles.
Sachin and Ishaan heroically save them after a fight, with Savi and Sayili also getting in a few hits. In the chaos, Savi slips, and Ishaan catches her, their eyes locking momentarily before they separate.
When they return to the dhaba, they find the bus has already left. The dhaba owner informs them that the bus conductor left their bags behind. Ishaan asks about the next bus to Chandika Devi Temple, and the owner says it’s not until the next morning.
Sachin checks and tells Ishaan and Savi that his driver friends mentioned a few lodges nearby. Savi decides they should head back home.
Unable to find transport, Sachin and Sayili rent a hotel room. Ishaan and Savi arrive and explain that they couldn’t find transport either and ended up at the same hotel. The manager informs them there’s only one room left, so they agree to share. They spend the night playing truth or dare. The next day, the Bhosale family waits at the temple for Ishaan.
