The episode opens with Armaan’s friend calling Abhira, expressing a desire to throw a pre-wedding party for Armaan and requesting her to make the arrangements. Abhira agrees and bumps into Armaan, triggering memories of Dadi’s words. The song “Rahe Na Kyu Pehle Jaise” plays as she asks Armaan to leave her alone, and he complies.
Abhira falls on the sofa, picks up some papers, and is taunted by Dadi, to which she retorts. Dadi then instructs Abhira to accompany Armaan and Ruhi to the designer for selecting wedding clothes and to ensure everyone praises them as a good couple. Ruhi calls Armaan, and Vidya asks Charu to join them, much to Madhav’s dismay.
He questions Vidya’s decision, but she believes Charu’s presence will make Abhira feel ashamed. Ruhi sits with Armaan, and Charu and Ruhi ask Abhira to sit in the backseat. Abhira opts to ride her tricycle, asking Armaan to follow her.
Meanwhile, Vidya sees Madhav packing clothes and questions his decision not to attend Armaan’s wedding. He explains that he hasn’t informed Inspector General Sir about the marriage, deeming the ongoing case more important. They argue, and Madhav leaves.
Ruhi expresses her desire for bright pastels, wanting something different that catches Armaan’s eye. Abhira presents her with several options, and Ruhi chooses a Sindoori red dress, noting its thickness and summery feel. Abhira smiles as Ruhi approves, stating it’s Armaan’s favorite color.
Armaan declines Abhira’s assistance, stating his future wife will select his attire. Charu interrupts, asking Abhira to stay away, claiming that her family will make decisions for her, not outsiders. She then goes to assist Ruhi.
Suwarna informs Manish that Parekh hasn’t transferred the money yet, so they need to start shopping. Manish, worried about their reaction, decides not to tell them yet. Suwarna presses for an explanation, and he reassures her, saying Parekh promised to transfer the money in the evening.
Until then, he suggests they do some basic shopping, as he isn’t prepared for Ruhi and Armaan’s marriage. They leave the house, and as Manish looks back, he breaks down in tears. Meanwhile, Armaan accidentally drops his ring, which Ruhi picks up. She notices it’s loose and offers to resize it, but Armaan declines, mentioning it’s a new ring. Ruhi brings up Charu’s question about their honeymoon plans.
Abhira, witnessing their interaction, asks Ruhi for her testimonials. Ruhi invites her inside, but Abhira suggests doing it outside. While observing Armaan and Ruhi, Abhira feels Armaan’s happiness and asks if they’re truly happy, reminding them that theirs is an arranged marriage.
Ruhi expresses her contentment, referring to Armaan as a guiding light in her life. Armaan, on the other hand, considers marrying Ruhi as the right decision after many wrong ones, bringing happiness to his life and family.
Abhira inquires about what Ruhi likes most about Armaan, to which Ruhi replies that she loves everything about him and is excited to join his family. Armaan praises Ruhi, subtly mocking Abhira in the process, highlighting his family’s approval of Ruhi. Ruhi hugs Armaan, and Abhira, pretending her battery is dead, interrupts their moment, suggesting they continue the testimonials later.
She then accidentally bumps into Dadi, who advises her to be more attentive. Dadi instructs Abhira to assist Ruhi, but Ruhi insists she can manage, prompting Dadi to insist that Abhira helps her get ready.
