The episode begins with Sayali performing a ritual to ward off the evil eye from Aaji and Shanti, which Sachin appreciates and thanks her for. He expresses his gratitude, mentioning that Aaji and Dad are his world, and notes that she has also done the same for Paresh. Sayali nods in acknowledgment as Sachin leaves.
Meanwhile, Roshni reveals to the family that Renu has generously provided her with 10 lakhs to open a parlor, ensuring that she won’t miss the auspicious opening ceremony. Renu and her family arrive at the parlor, where Roshni warmly welcomes them, keeping the parlor’s name a surprise.
After Renu performs the traditional aarti and cuts the ribbon, she is pleasantly surprised to see the name “Renuka Beauty World” displayed. Touched by the gesture, Renu thanks Roshni and embraces her.
As Roshni distributes sweets to everyone, Renu expresses her gratitude, remarking on the respect she’s receiving. Paresh, however, suspects that Renu might have provided the funds for the parlor, given the level of respect being shown. Shakku dismisses his suspicions, attributing Roshni’s character and Renu’s affection for her as the reasons behind the respect shown.
Roshni insists that Tejas, who has a new job, should leave for work, much to Renu’s delight. As Tejas departs, Paresh suggests that they should also leave. However, Roshni insists that Renu be her first customer. Despite Renu’s initial reluctance, Roshni persuades them to stay.
As Paresh falls asleep, Roshni takes the opportunity to surprise him. She gives Renu a stunning makeover, which earns compliments from Vidya. When Paresh wakes up, he is astonished to see Renu’s transformation and excitedly takes her pictures, leaving Renu touched and overwhelmed by the surprise.
Tejas sat in the board meeting as the boss sought his opinion. “We should organize workshops for the trainees,” Tejas suggested. Another man countered, “We should hire young minds.” Tejas disagreed, leading to an argument.
Finally, Tejas, feeling insulted, exclaimed, “You’re fired!” Shocked, the man asked why. Tejas sternly replied, “Learn some manners. You’re talking about my husband, the co-founder of this company.” Apologetically, the man left the room.
Paresh conversed with Sachin, advising him, “Take care of Sayali and stay happy.” Sachin expressed his limitation, “Aaji keeps me at home.” Paresh then showed him a picture, asking if he recognized the person. Sachin joked around, claiming he had seen her somewhere.
Paresh revealed it was a picture of Sachin’s mother, leading to light-hearted banter. Aaji, seeing the picture, couldn’t believe the transformation and joked about getting a similar makeover herself. Sachin teased Aaji about her simplicity and beauty, leading to a heartwarming moment of family bonding.
Later, Sachin suggested taking village women to the city for makeovers, even jokingly suggesting he could take money from Tejas for it. Aaji disagreed, stating that beauty lies in simplicity, not in makeup. Sayali mentioned that the girl’s father had businesses in Dubai, implying she was after money. Sachin reassured Sayali of her talent and beauty, boosting her confidence.
Tejas, meanwhile, visited Roshni and complained of a headache. Roshni comforted him, assuring him of a promotion in four months. Tejas struggled with how to break the news of his job loss to her. Meanwhile, Aaji and Sayali shared a light moment, with Aaji playfully teasing Sachin about his appearance and antics.
