The episode begins with Ranvijay bringing Vaiju to the police station, where she enters, drawing everyone’s attention. Vaiju declares her intention to withdraw her complaint. This leads to Vasundara’s release, and she gratefully embraces Ranvijay.
Rao Sahab questions Vaiju’s sudden change of heart, to which she responds, “I saw truth in your son’s eyes.” Before she can continue, Vasundara interrupts, expressing her gratitude and arranging for Ranvijay to escort Vaiju home.
As they drive, Ranvijay reflects on recent events. Vaiju, sensing an opportunity for a fresh start, asks, “Can’t we make a new start by forgetting everything?” This prompts Ranvijay to stop the car and confront her, revealing his deep-seated anger.
He vehemently declares, “I can never forget what my mum has faced because of you. She has forgiven you, but you deserve only hatred. Just go away!” With these words, he leaves Vaiju behind, deeply saddened.
Back at home, Vasundara returns, and Rao Sahab wonders how Ranvijay managed to convince Vaiju. Naagraj expresses his disdain, while Jaikant suggests it’s time to take action. He resolves, “I will force them to leave the village. They don’t deserve to stay here.”
Vasundara’s voice cuts through the air, commanding attention. “Stop!” she declares, her tone firm. “Vaiju has tested our family, but I know our next step. We must bring her into this house.”
Vaiju returns home, her expression filled with sorrow. Aai approaches her, offering a comforting presence. “My mind is clear now,” Vaiju says, a sense of resolve in her voice.
Curiosity piques Kaveri’s interest. “What’s happened to Vaiju?” she inquires.
Vasundara reveals her plan. “Vaiju will be our daughter-in-law,” she announces, shocking Rao Sahab and the others.
“Ranvijay’s wife…” Vasundara continues, her thoughts lingering on the man in question. Vaiju, meanwhile, tries to scrub off his phone number from her hand, causing it to bleed. Saleem intervenes, questioning her actions. Vaiju breaks down in tears.
Rao Sahab expresses disbelief. “Have you lost your mind? Vaiju can never be a part of this family,” he asserts. Jaikant echoes his sentiments, rejecting the idea of Vaiju becoming his sister-in-law.
Vasundara defends her decision, understanding Vaiju’s nature. “She is fearless,” Vasundara explains. “She challenged me in front of the entire village, she cares deeply for her sister, she saved an innocent girl’s life, and she fights without fear. She loves animals like a mother, and she listens to my son’s words when spoken with love. Not everyone can accept her.”
Rao Sahab remains unconvinced. “I never understood your decisions,” he admits. “Do you even care about what Ranvijay will think? Vaiju can never be our daughter-in-law.”
Meanwhile, Ranvijay shares a moment of relief with Jaya over the phone. “Aai has finally been released from jail,” he tells her. “I can now tell Aai about you. Please convince your sister as well.” Jaya assures him of her efforts, and the call ends.
