Jhanak 14th June 2024 written Episode: Full Update only on Yo Desi Serials.
The episode begins with Anirudh declaring, “I will stay back; I’ve already told the truth.” Arshi retorts, “You’ll stay here with your wife.” They argue. Tanuja interjects, “We don’t trust this girl. What if she claims the marriage is real? What will we do then?” Anirudh responds, “This is all because of Shrishti.”
Shrishti, taken aback, asks, “What do you mean?” He accuses, “You’re Arshi’s mother, yet you’ve done this.” Shubh intervenes, trying to calm things down. Arshi insists, “You and Jhanak are married.” Anirudh counters, “We haven’t accepted that marriage.” Bipasha points out, “But people believe it.” Arshi firmly states, “Jhanak won’t marry Rahul.” The argument escalates between Shrishti and Anirudh.
Anirudh pleads, “Just let me do this; then I’ll be free. Once Jhanak’s exams and marriage are done, I’ll do whatever you say.” Arshi demands, “You have to promise. Any priest can halt our marriage again.” Anirudh assures, “Not everyone will know about it.” He defends himself, “Shrishti forced me to lie and do this. Otherwise, Jhanak would have taken her exams and moved on. Shrishti informed Tejas and got Jhanak kidnapped. She’s just like Tejas, characterless.”
Anirudh challenges, “What proof do you have? Then I’m characterless, right? Why are you getting your daughter married to me?” Arshi warns, “You can’t talk to my mom like that.” He retorts, “Can you talk to me like that?” Shubh admonishes Anirudh, “She’s elder; behave yourself.” He asks Anirudh to come back soon.
Arshi declares, “I didn’t come here to stay; I have a career. I don’t do social work.” Anirudh responds, “I have a reason to stay here. You can stay back if you want.” Shubh suggests, “We should leave now.” Arshi notes, “Jhanak didn’t come to say goodbye to us.” Anirudh explains, “She has exams.”
Jhanak appears, promising, “There won’t be any problem with Arshi’s marriage.” She exchanges a meaningful look with Anirudh.
Anirudh arrives to see Jhanak, who immediately tells him, “I need to focus on my exams; you should leave.” He insists, “I’ll leave after your friends’ get-together.” She retorts, “Just focus on your marriage. Why do you care about me?” He counters, “What do you think?” She replies, “I don’t know. You don’t need to stay. Rahul and my friends are here.
I don’t expect anything from you. We were strangers a few months ago.” They begin to argue. Jhanak accuses, “You don’t understand responsibility.” She thinks to herself, “You called our marriage fake and never cared about my feelings.”
Anirudh suggests, “You can give your exams and come to Kolkata.” She responds, “I won’t come. Leave me alone. Please forgive me.” She asks him not to visit again as she needs to study. He angrily says, “You think I’m here to meet you out of desire? I’m here out of responsibility.
Of course, I want to be with my future wife. I don’t want to be here. You just focus on your studies.” She retorts, “I just said I need to study.” She feels frustrated, thinking, “You’re contradicting yourself. This can’t be right.”
Anirudh thinks, “You’re showing your true colors because of your love here. Go to hell; I’ll be happy with Arshi.” He leaves. Jhanak sits and cries.
The next morning, Anirudh takes Jhanak to her college. She asks him not to stay, but he replies, “Will you decide that? Go now. All the best.” She asks if she can touch his feet for blessings as there’s no elder present. He says, “You didn’t want me here; I don’t need to show it.” She responds, “I need to stay calm for my exam.”
He encourages, “Always aim big. Read the questions well.” She asks, “Are you sick?” He thinks, “I’ve had a fever for two days, Arshi didn’t notice, but you did.” He says, “I’m okay. You didn’t eat.” She admits, “I’m tense about exams. Mom used to feed me.” She recalls Urvashi and apologizes. He notes, “Your friends are here.” She happily says, “I haven’t seen them in a long time,” and goes to them, hugging Rahul and her friends.
Anirudh feels sad, thinking, “I’m a fool. You hugged Rahul. I won’t make this mistake again.”
