The episode begins with Armaan contemplating his next move. Ruhi arrives to comfort him, but he admits it’s tough to stay strong. The doctor informs them that the situation is worsening and asks if the blood has been arranged. Abhira instructs Aryan to fetch water, then pleads with Charu to let her go. Charu, expressing her concern for the family, initially refuses but eventually agrees. Dadi inquires about Abhira’s absence in donating blood. Armaan explains that Abhira can’t donate due to her health. Dadi, furious, blames Armaan for the deaths of their loved ones and suggests that if anything happens to Madhav, it will be his fault. The nurse then announces that Abhira has donated the blood.
Abhira, sipping apple juice, reassures Aryan and Charu not to fear Armaan. When Armaan arrives, she tells him not to scold her now. He embraces her, expressing his gratitude. She urges him to check on Vidya. Armaan cares for Vidya as Manisha looks on, praising Abhira. Krish arrives with good news: Madhav’s operation was successful, and he is stable. Manisha hugs Vidya, and everyone smiles as Armaan thanks Abhira.
Everyone rushes to see Madhav. Dadi tenderly strokes his hair. Vidya hugs him, apologizing. Madhav jokes about noting the date since Vidya apologized for the first time, making everyone smile. Vidya expresses her regret and vows to be a better mother. Abhira hides behind Armaan, but Vidya approaches her to apologize.
Abhira hugs Vidya as Dadi watches. Abhira says, “Don’t say sorry. You both are my mom and dad, and I’ll do anything for you. Now it’s time for you to keep your promise.” She places Vidya’s hand in Madhav’s. “Promise not to let anyone come between you,” she says. Vidya nods. Abhira hands Madhav a sindoor box and asks him to fill Vidya’s hairline. He complies, and everyone claps.
Madhav says, “You’re my priority. Congratulations on our new beginning.” Vidya replies, “I will be just your Vidya; all other relationships will be secondary.” She then turns to Dadi, apologizing, “I will choose Madhav first.” Dadi, smiling, says, “I’ve been waiting for this day. You’ve taken care of me and earned my blessings. Now, receive your husband’s love. It’s a happy day; Madhav is coming home.” Vidya corrects her, “No, we will stay in the outhouse.”
Dadi, puzzled, asks, “Why won’t he come home?” Vidya explains, “Things aren’t right between Abhira and you.” Dadi replies, “She stays there by her choice.” Vidya then asks, “Will you allow her back inside the house?” Before leaving, Vidya adds, “I have to go to Madhav.”
Manoj stops Dadi, pleading, “Don’t stay angry with Abhira.” Manisha adds, “Madhav recovered because of Abhira.” Kajal tells Sanjay, “Fate wants Abhira to remain our daughter-in-law; you haven’t been able to get them divorced.” Manisha remarks, “Everyone in the family is different.” Manoj adds, “That’s the beauty of family.” Krish urges Dadi to think about Armaan, who loves Abhira deeply. Despite their pleas, Dadi firmly says, “Never.”
