The episode begins with Sayali and Sachin arguing. Sayali, feeling humiliated, says, “I feel so bad in front of everyone. I have one hope—let’s fight inside this room, not in front of everyone.” Sachin agrees and says, “Fine, I’m going to pick up the ride.
” Sayali responds, “I made Rangoli, you can go.” As he leaves, Paresh stops him and says, “Remember what happened last night? Did you forget everything? Sit.” He advises Sachin to behave well to earn respect. Sayali watches.
Paresh continues, “Don’t come home drunk today. Go.” Sachin agrees and leaves. Meanwhile, Akash and Riya are on their way. Joy and Mukta see Riya and wonder who the guy is with her. Mukta suggests, “Let’s go ask Riya.” Joy tells her to stay in the car.
Sayali is on her way and talking to Juhi on the phone. She sees Dilip talking to a friend about Chitti and is shocked. Dilip notices her and asks, “What are you doing here?” Sayali retorts, “I should ask you, what are you doing here?” He explains, “I had a free period, so I came to meet a friend.” Sayali questions him about Chitti. He denies meeting Chitti and claims he is avoiding him, then leaves for his next lecture. Sayali worries.
Riya finishes her work when Joy and Mukta surprise her with lunch. Riya, surprised, asks, “How did you come here?” Mukta responds, “We brought lunch for you.” Riya, suspicious, asks, “Why did you come today?” Mukta insists they just brought food.
As Riya eats, Mukta asks about the guy Riya was with. Riya defensively says, “His name is Akash, a friend I called for help when my scooty broke down.” They argue, and Riya tells them not to cook for her anymore before storming off.
Sayali cleans the floor when Paresh tells her that Roshni and Renu are doing yoga and calling for her. He leaves, and Sayali goes to them. Roshni is teaching Renu, who says she is tired and demands coffee. Sayali agrees to make it but wants to finish her work first.
Renu insists she make the coffee immediately. Roshni pities Sayali, but Renu instructs her not to. Sayali brings the coffee, but Renu complains about the taste, and when Sayali explains she added ginger for Renu’s back pain, Renu angrily throws the coffee, which spills on Sayali.
Renu feigns worry, and Sayali confronts her, asking why she threw the coffee, which doesn’t come for free. Renu retorts, “Does it come from your Maayka?” Sayali responds, “It comes from my husband’s earnings.”
Akash arrives and sees the scene, asking Renu, “What did you do? You threw coffee at Sayali’s face.” Sayali tries to defuse the situation, but Akash insists it’s wrong and wonders what Sachin would think. He questions Roshni,
“Couldn’t you stop Renu?” Roshni claims it was an accident, but Akash disagrees. Sayali leaves, and Akash asks her, “How can you tolerate this behavior?” Sayali, tearfully, replies, “What right do I have to confront Renu? Sachin said we have no relation. I have no value or respect in this house.” She cries and walks away.
Akash Calls Riya:
Akash talks to Riya on the phone. “Sachin and Sayali are good people, but they don’t understand each other,” he says.
“We need to help them,” Riya responds. “Invite both couples to your restaurant. Maybe they can resolve their issues.””That’s a great idea! Thanks, Riya,” Akash says enthusiastically.”No need to thank me, just feed me good food,” Riya jokes.”You never have to ask,” Akash replies.
Anya and Sachin’s Interaction:
Anya notices something. “You didn’t take money from the customer,” she points out.”The girl was taking her mom to the hospital. How could I ask for money?” Sachin explains.”But how will we run the business if you keep letting people off?” Anya asks.
“I want to help as much as I can,” Sachin insists.
Akash Arrives with a Plan:
Akash enters. “I have a good plan,” he announces.”What is it?” Sachin asks.”I’ll take you to the restaurant and treat you to a new dish,” Akash says.”Sounds good,” Sachin agrees.”I also called Sayali,” Akash adds.
“You take her. I don’t want to come,” Sachin says stubbornly.
Akash Defends Sayali:
“Renu blames Sayali for everything, and now you’re doing the same. You’re Renu’s son, after all,” Akash says. “I was in Pune for training. She was with you and didn’t tell you the truth.””Renu dislikes Sayali, but Sayali doesn’t share anything with you,” Akash continues.”How would I know what happens at home?” Sachin retorts.
“Respect her, and she’ll get respect at home. Stop fighting with her. Bring her to lunch,” Akash insists.”Why?” Sachin asks.”Please, for my sake,” Akash pleads.”Okay, I’ll come,” Sachin finally agrees.”You’re the best. Come on time. I’ll have lunch ready,” Akash says, hugging him.
Sachin and Sayali Get Ready:
Sachin gets ready and asks Sayali to do the same.”Why?” she questions.”Akash has invited us for lunch. We have to go,” he explains.”Why should I go?” she counters.”I think you aren’t educated. We got invited, so we have to go,” he says curtly.”He said this party is for husband and wife. Are we husband and wife?” she challenges.
“Everyone calls us that,” Sachin replies.”You said we have no relation now. Are we husband and wife? No, we are two strangers,” Sayali states.”Are you done? Get ready. We have to go,” Sachin says, leaving.
At the Restaurant:
Tejas and Roshni arrive at the restaurant. Akash welcomes them warmly.”The ambiance is good. Very nice,” Roshni comments.”Well done,” Tejas adds.”I’m so glad you like the place. Please, have a seat,” Akash says.
Sachin and Sayali Arrive:
Sachin and Sayali enter.”Smile and talk to me with respect,” Sachin instructs.”I talk to people as they talk to me,” Sayali retorts.They admire the place. Sachin notices Tejas and Roshni.He starts to argue with Tejas.
“Akash called us,” Sayali explains.Akash approaches. “Sayali, please sit,” he says.
“Why did you call them?” Tejas asks.”It’s a family lunch,” Akash replies, trying to calm things down.
He serves them soup.”Why soup before food?” Sayali asks.”Lower class people,” Tejas mutters.
