The episode begins with Armaan asking Krish about the prasad. Krish informs him that Sanjay is busy with a high-profile case. Armaan wonders how Dadi received the prasad. Meanwhile, Dadi takes her medicines and asks if anyone entered her room. Kiara replies that she and her dad had come but denies anyone visiting late at night. Dadi insists she felt someone was there.
Armaan overhears their conversation and notices fingerprints on the window, concluding that someone tried to enter Dadi’s room. Abhira arrives and asks if he knows who sent the prasad to Dadi. Armaan believes it’s an outsider who wants to harm Dadi and mentions she felt someone was with her at the hospital too. They decide to check the CCTV footage.
Abhira expresses concern for Armaan’s comfort, but he assures her he’s happy with her. They retrieve the CCTV footage and see a masked person. Meanwhile, Manish and Ruhi are on their way somewhere. Manish spots Armaan and Abhira in a rickshaw and comments on how much Armaan has done for Abhira, urging Ruhi to forget him. Ruhi, however, believes fate might still bring her and Armaan together. The driver stops the car, citing an accident.
Ruhi goes to check and gets shocked, shouting Rohit’s name. Manish follows her, and they see Rohit. The nurse at the hospital recalls that the guy asking about Kaveri Poddar mentioned his name was Rohit. Armaan and Abhira realize that it might be their missing Rohit, though they can’t tell the family yet.
Armaan and Abhira return home with urgent news. Ruhi, already upset, runs to Dadi and cries. Manish follows, bringing Rohit in a wheelchair. The lights come on, revealing Rohit to everyone. Armaan hugs Rohit, overwhelmed with emotion.
Manish explains that Rohit had an accident but will recover soon. The family recalls their moments with Rohit as the song “Yeh Rishta” plays. Dadi hugs Rohit, and Ruhi watches Armaan and Rohit together.
Manish emphasizes Rohit needs rest, and he is taken to his room. Armaan, standing at the door, sees Abhira and then goes to Vidya, who is praying. Dadi removes the garlands from Rohit’s picture and cries, while Madhav sits crying and Abhira looks on. Dadi eats a toffee and continues to weep.
