The episode opens with a tense confrontation between Bipasha and Jhanak, during which Bipasha demands that Jhanak clean the kitchen. As Jhanak complies, Bipasha makes a phone call, expressing her intentions to make Jhanak’s life difficult.
Meanwhile, Rumi and Mimi excitedly spot a luxurious car arriving at their home. Jhanak begins packing her bag, prompting questions from Tanuja and Anirudh. Anjana urges Jhanak to stay for a meal, but Jhanak declines, telling Appu she will return in two days.
Shubh expresses confusion and frustration at Anirudh’s decision-making, questioning why Jhanak can’t simply be dropped off at Shrishti’s place. Anirudh insists on his responsibility towards Jhanak, rejecting the idea of dropping her elsewhere.
Rumi and Mimi, unaware of the tension, eagerly anticipate meeting the occupant of the fancy car, assuming it’s for Jhanak. They speculate that it could be Aditya Kapoor, a celebrity, and decide to try and get his autograph. Anjana, however, defends Jhanak against the girls’ assumptions.
Shubh and Tanuja engage in a heated argument with Jhanak, with Anirudh observing silently. Bipasha interjects, accusing Jhanak of creating factions within the household. Lal chimes in, expressing how their joint family feels divided because of these issues. Shubh insists that Bipasha should not interrupt when Anirudh is speaking to him, while Anjana defends her earlier comments regarding Jhanak.
Tanuja questions Jhanak’s relationship with the family, suggesting that if they are addressing Jhanak, Bipasha should not interfere and should take full responsibility for her if she truly cares. Bipasha counters by attributing the tension to Jhanak’s own mistakes. Anjana tries to calm the situation, stating that she meant no harm.
Jhanak, realizing the futility of explaining, decides to stay silent to avoid further conflict and protect Anjana from being scolded. Shubh warns Jhanak, indicating a tense atmosphere.Jhanak expresses her constant desire to leave the house. Rumi comments sadly that Aditya is unaware he will be acting alongside a maid, implying the perceived low status of Jhanak’s role.
Rumi and Mimi gossip about Anirudh and Jhanak. Anirudh interrupts, informing Jhanak that her car has arrived and she should leave. Jhanak, already packed, declines breakfast, stating she’s not hungry after everything that’s happened. Anirudh reassures everyone that Jhanak will return after the shoot, as it’s located outside the city.
Shubh criticizes Jhanak for not following the household rules, to which she responds that she is a maid, not a daughter, and thus does not need to abide by the same standards. Jhanak reveals that she agreed to do the advertisement only for Anirudh’s sake, as he seems to enjoy her humiliation and has compelled her to stay.
Lal suggests that Jhanak and Anirudh are on the same level, to which Jhanak counters that she knows she has no status and cannot be equal to him or anyone else in the family. Anirudh interrupts her, asking if she’s finished, but Jhanak declares she will always remember this truth.
Mimi, eager to meet Aditya, rushes downstairs to inform Jhanak that Aditya Kapoor has arrived and is waiting for her. Bipasha asks where he is, and Mimi reveals that he is outside, unaware that he will be working with a household maid. Anirudh reprimands Mimi for her lack of manners, but Mimi defends her comment, stating that Jhanak’s identity in the house is that of a maid. Jhanak responds to Mimi’s remarks.
Anirudh takes the initiative to introduce Jhanak to Aditya and the management team. Bipasha eagerly inquires if Aditya has arrived, to which Rumi and Mimi excitedly confirm. Anirudh then invites Jhanak to join them, and Anjana blesses her as she leaves. Tanuja advises Shubh to trust Anirudh’s judgment and focus on his marriage, suggesting that things will unfold as they should.
Anirudh explains that he cannot accompany them due to work commitments and entrusts Jhanak’s care to a personal assistant. Jhanak is then formally introduced to Aditya, who compliments her appearance, to which she graciously responds.
Anirudh observes the interaction as Bipasha expresses her admiration for Aditya and suggests inviting him, though she acknowledges his busy schedule. Anirudh hints that they should leave, prompting Bipasha, Rumi, and Mimi to approach Aditya with smiles. Anirudh introduces himself to Aditya, who does not shake hands, while Bipasha, Rumi, and Mimi express their fandom by taking selfies with him.
Aditya inquires about the people present, to which Mimi casually responds that it’s their house and he’s welcome to visit anytime he’s free. Jhanak expresses her intention to wait for Aditya, acknowledging him as her senior. Anirudh questions if she feels uncomfortable, to which Aditya asks if Jhanak is Anirudh’s sister. Bipasha clarifies that she is not, and Rumi explains that Jhanak is actually the maid of the house.
