The episode begins with Ansh asking Pari if she knows where Baa and Babuji have gone. Pari replies that they went to visit some relatives. Ansh expresses how much he misses them and their special masala milk. Mahi adds that they haven’t even received Baa’s scoldings.
Ansh notes that they haven’t heard any stories from Babuji either. Kinjal, overhearing the kids, starts crying. Toshu notices and asks what’s wrong. Kinjal responds that she isn’t enjoying anything without Baa and Babuji, and the kids are also missing them. She mentions that Dimpy, Kavya, and she can’t control their emotions.
Toshu dismisses their feelings, saying the women are being overly dramatic. He points out that Baa and Babuji are happy where they are and went willingly, so there’s no need to ruin the house’s atmosphere. Kinjal, frustrated, tells him to have some shame, reminding him that Baa and Babuji left because of him. Toshu retorts that old people just want attention and avoid work, preferring to relax with other seniors. Kinjal says it’s pointless to talk to him.
Toshu arrogantly claims they’ll live a luxurious life without needing to work once they get a penthouse. Kinjal counters that if she had wanted money, she wouldn’t have married him. She explains that she already had money and everything she needed but lacked a family, which she found with Baa and Babuji. Toshu dismissively says they’ll talk more after he secures the penthouse.
Meanwhile, Anupama is walking on the road, recalling Anuj’s love confession and Aadhya’s words. She feels dizzy and leans against a wall, crying as she apologizes to Anuj, explaining she must break his heart to fulfill her promise to her daughter and keep her happy, even if it means burning herself. She questions Kanha ji about why she has to stay away from Anuj for her daughter’s happiness.
Anuj, looking for Anupama, accidentally bumps into Anu. Vanraj asks Anupama when she’ll return home now that Aadhya is fine. Anupama returns home, and Anuj informs everyone that they have tickets for tomorrow and are leaving. Kavya asks him to stay a few more days, but Anuj insists they must go. Vanraj advises him not to look back and focus on Aadhya, as even she wants the same.
He cynically says that love only brings tears and heartache. Anuj disagrees, saying that in the end, love triumphs. Anupama, hearing this, closes her eyes. Vanraj scoffs, recounting Anuj’s long wait for love, their brief union, and years of separation. Anuj maintains that Vanraj doesn’t understand love.
Vanraj mocks him for always losing, but Anuj says that if he wins, he will be with his love, and if he loses, he will cherish her memories. He calls Aadhya to come along. Aadhya meets the kids, and Pari asks Anupama if she will be going back to the US with them. Vanraj says he wants to know too.
Anupama tells Anuj they will meet at the Radha Krishna temple at 5 pm, making Anuj happy. Aadhya gives Anupama a look before leaving. Vanraj approaches Anupama, who firmly states she won’t sign the NOC. Vanraj challenges her, saying they’ll see.
Anupama then asks Dimpy for her bag, mentioning she has some work to do. When Kavya inquires where she’s going, Anupama replies that she’ll explain after she returns.Anuj drops Aadhya at the hotel and asks her to pack both her belongings and his. Aadhya, puzzled, asks where he’s going. Anuj replies that he has some work to do. Aadhya silently resolves not to stop him, thinking that today will mark the end of Maan’s love story.
Meanwhile, Anupama is waiting at the temple. Anuj, excited and youthful, runs towards her, envisioning their reflection together in the mirror. When he reaches the temple, Anupama greets him, and he hands her flowers to place at the feet of the deities. They do so together.
Anuj, confident in his love, remarks that if Anupama intended to refuse him, she wouldn’t have asked him to meet at the temple of Kanha ji and Radha. He says he was sure his love would prevail, having waited for five years, and his heart races in anticipation of her words. Anupama, seeking divine courage, begins to speak and asks Anuj to calm his heart. Anuj, eager, urges her to continue.
Back at the hotel, Aadhya packs Anuj’s clothes and discovers a photo of Anuj and Anupama. She burns Anupama’s side of the photo, leaving Anuj’s side intact. Anupama, at the temple, asks Anuj to express his love. Anuj, with heartfelt poetry, declares his deep, unwavering love for her.
He implores her to speak clearly, to allow him to take her away, promising to handle Aadhya, Shruti, and societal judgments if she acknowledges their love. Anupama, remembering Aadhya’s intense hatred and harsh words, asks Anuj to forget her and their past, urging him to move on and find happiness. She tells him that her happiness lies in his distance from her. Anuj, disbelieving, questions if she’s joking, but Anupama’s pinch confirms the reality.
Anuj, stunned, demands to know how she can say such things, asserting their mutual love. Anupama insists it’s the truth and asks if she would joke in a temple. Anuj, thinking it might be a prank, calls for Devika, but Anupama assures him it’s no joke.
Anuj’s patience wears thin as he pleads with her to come with him, declaring his inability to live without her. Anupama challenges him to choose between her and Aadhya. Anuj, torn, admits he can’t choose. Anupama explains that Aadhya harbors deep hatred for her, and she has failed to transform that hatred into love. Aadhya loves Anuj and Shruti but has no love for Anupama, wanting only them in her life.
