Aadya questions Anuj about where he went. Anuj responds that he went for a walk, and Aadya is convinced. Anuj wishes for Aadya to reunite with Anupama, but Aadya expresses her happiness in India. Anuj remarks on the beauty of India and predicts that Aadya will want to stay. Aadya starts planning Anuj and Shruti’s wedding. Anuj reflects on his memories with Anupama.
Kavya, Dimple, and Kinjal discuss the haldi ceremony, but Kavya is worried because Vanraj hasn’t returned yet. Suddenly, they hear a noise and find Ishani, Pari, Ansh, and Mahi outside. Pari explains that Pakhi threw them out because Ishani was coughing. Kinjal invites the children to sleep in their room. Hasmuk gets angry at Pakhi and decides to give Ishani medicine. Dimple asserts that Pakhi can’t mistreat Ishani and offers to raise Ishani if Pakhi is unable to.
Bhavesh brings sweets for Anupama, and Devika asks him to share. Anupama suggests that Bhavesh should remarry, but he refuses. Anupama inquires why he is avoiding marriage. Bhavesh points out that Anupama is married but questions her happiness. Anupama tries to persuade Bhavesh to marry, and he decides to spend time with her.
Anupama invites Bhavesh to Dimple’s wedding and hopes Vanraj won’t cause any disruptions. Hasmuk asks Pakhi to look after Ishani, but Pakhi wants to sleep. Hasmuk gives medicine to Ishani, who then falls unconscious. Alarmed, Hasmuk calls out to the Shahs, and Vanraj panics upon seeing Ishani’s condition.
Anupama reminisces about Anuj. Kavya informs Anupama about Ishani and then tells Pakhi about her condition. Vanraj and Paritosh rush Ishani to the hospital, with Pakhi fearing for her. Kavya, Kinjal, and Dimple console a worried Leela. Kinjal discovers Ishani took the wrong medicine.
Hasmuk checks on Ishani, and Anupama consoles him. Vanraj reassures Hasmuk. Ansh, Pari, and Mahi ask Kavya if Ishani will survive. Dimple and Kavya reassure them that Ishani will recover. The Shahs pray for Ishani’s well-being.
Meanwhile, Biji and Yashdeep decide to restart their partnership, with Yashdeep planning to punish Gulati and return the partnership to Anupama. Biji supports his decision.
Pakhi accuses Hasmuk of causing Ishani’s condition, shocking Anupama, who defends him. Pakhi threatens Hasmuk, while Mahi, Pari, and Ansh continue praying for Ishani. The doctor informs Pakhi that Ishani is out of danger. Kinjal tells Dimple, Kavya, and Leela that Hasmuk accidentally gave Ishani the wrong medicine.
