Anuj remembers Anupama’s words, suggesting he should leave her for the better. A song plays as he recalls her confession. He writes something on a piece of paper but then throws it in the trash. Meanwhile, Kinjal and Dimpy urge Baa to calm down. Everyone returns home, and Toshu brings Ishu and the others inside. Dimpy takes Ishu to bed.
Anupama gives water to Babu Ji, and Toshu offers water to Pakhi, who angrily refuses. Babu Ji apologizes, admitting he should have checked the medicine before giving it. Pakhi refuses to forgive him, stating that as a mother, she can’t bear if anything happens to her daughter. She blames Babu Ji, saying Ishani could have died because of him. Babu Ji pleads with her not to say such things, claiming he would die from guilt.
Pakhi points out the double standards, noting that she is always blamed for mistakes but cannot reprimand Babu Ji due to his age. She accuses him of making Ishani drink the wrong medicine without checking, sarcastically congratulating him on admitting his mistake.
Pakhi continues her tirade, criticizing Babu Ji for his interference and lectures, suggesting he should focus on old age activities and leave the caregiving to others. Anupama signals Vanraj to intervene, but he remains silent. Pakhi lashes out, saying Babu Ji’s poor vision and lack of caution endangered Ishani’s life. Vanraj finally steps in, telling Pakhi to stop.
Pakhi argues that she wouldn’t stay silent if something happened to Ansh, asserting her role as Ishani’s mother. Kinjal supports Pakhi, highlighting their restraint out of respect for Babu Ji’s age. Vanraj acknowledges the mistake but insists Pakhi should not insult Babu Ji. He advises Baa and Babu Ji to step back and let the mothers handle the children, promising that the family will take care of everything while they rest.
Anupama asks Vanraj what he’s saying and tells him that everything that’s happened and is happening is wrong. She questions if he understands what he’s saying, as he’s been encouraging Pakhi, who has been insulting everyone for a long time. She points out that when he makes a mistake, he expects forgiveness, but when Babu Ji makes an unintentional mistake, it’s unforgivable. Vanraj responds that Ishani could have died. Babu Ji, crying, folds his hands in apology.
Anupama reminds Vanraj that Baa and Babu Ji took care of their children, always ensuring their safety. She recalls how, while Vanraj was at work and she was in the kitchen, Baa and Babu Ji would watch over the kids to prevent them from falling off the bed. She emphasizes that they are like gods to him and that Babu Ji is feeling immense guilt. Vanraj, frustrated, tells her to stop as he believes he has resolved the issue.
Anupama then asks Pakhi why she didn’t give medicine to her daughter. Kavya interjects, mentioning that Pakhi values her sleep more and threw her coughing daughter out of the room. Anupama gets angry. Dimpy adds that Ishu was crying quietly so as not to disturb anyone’s sleep.
Kinjal notes that Ansh, Mahi, and Pari came out of their room, but Pakhi remained asleep. Anupama tells Pakhi that if Ishu ended up in the hospital, she would be to blame. Pakhi, defensive, asks if everyone is done lecturing her and complains that everyone blames her. She questions Vanraj’s one-sided decision. Vanraj shouts, telling Baa and Babu Ji not to interfere and orders Pakhi to take care of Ishu herself. He also tells Anupama not to interfere in his household matters and asks Babu Ji to go rest.
Baa and Babu Ji cry. Anupama comforts Babu Ji, telling him it’s not his fault. He insists Pakhi and Vanraj are right and blames himself, worrying about the cost of his BP medicine and how Vanraj will manage. He asks Baa to cut down on expenses.
Baa suggests they stay in their room to avoid being a burden. Feeling like burdens, they go to their room and cry. Anupama laments that her parents have to endure this because of her children. Babu Ji says they might as well die, but Baa insists it’s not their decision. She leaves, but when Babu Ji tries to take a handful of pills, she stops him, saying if he wants to die, they will die together.
Anupama confronts Vanraj again, urging him to see Baa and Babu Ji because they need him. Vanraj insists they are his parents and he doesn’t need her to tell him what to do. Anupama points out that Baa and Babu Ji are broken and crying. He retorts, questioning where she was for the past five years. She asks why he didn’t stop Pakhi from insulting Babu Ji.
Vanraj claims he understands Pakhi’s fear as a mother. Anupama suggests that Ishu might be better off with Adhik, who can take better care of her. She warns him not to give Pakhi too much liberty and says if Pakhi can’t take care of her child, she should give Ishu’s custody to Adhik. She adds that Ishu was fortunately saved this time, but
questions how long their elderly parents can endure such disrespect. Pakhi overhears their conversation.
