Yashdeep arrives at the restaurant and notices Anupama working on the laptop. He offers to help, but Anupama insists she’s learning as he suggested. He reassures her, saying there’s no rush to master it in one day. Anupama responds with determination, stating she’ll be grateful even if it takes fifty days. Yashdeep then teaches her how to use an Excel sheet, and Anupama quickly grasps it. Vikram and the waiters cheer for her accomplishment.
Yashdeep suggests she posts something on social media. Anupama admits she’s not familiar with it, but Yashdeep encourages her to try, assuring her it’s easy. Anupama records a video of the staff and posts it, feeling elated. Yashdeep emphasizes the importance of knowing how to post online, noting that some people just scroll and waste time. He then suggests everyone take a break.
Anupama declines, explaining that she needs to prepare for her daughter Choti’s upcoming birthday. She has celebrated it for the past five years and wants to give Choti a special gift, beautifully wrapped, to show how much she cares. She apologizes for getting emotional.
Vikram assures her it’s okay, saying they are like family. Yashdeep adds that her bond with Aadhya will strengthen. Anupama expresses her hope but admits it hasn’t happened yet. She reflects on winning the superstar chef title, saying if Choti calls her “Maa” and hugs her, it would mean more than any victory. She then shares the news that Kinjal has received a promotion.
Meanwhile, Baa notices some jewelry and asks about it. Titu explains it’s for Dimpy. Dimpy is surprised and asks why he spent so much. Vanraj jokes if he had robbed a bank. Titu clarifies he has been saving for years but had no one to spend on. He thought about buying gifts for everyone but decided it might upset them, so he bought only for Dimpy. He admits he has been trying to forget Dimpy for five years but hasn’t succeeded. Vanraj acknowledges his cleverness with a smile.
Anupama approaches Kinjal, beaming with pride about her promotion. She suggests they celebrate Kinjal’s success, acknowledging the hard work and long hours she put in to achieve it. Anupama praises her perseverance, saying, “I am so proud of you, and you should be proud of yourself too.
” Kinjal playfully pats herself on the back, and when Pari asks if she’s self-congratulating, Anupama and Kinjal explain that it’s a way to motivate themselves. Toshu watches them with a smirk, thinking, “Soon, you’ll fall just as quickly as you rose.”
Meanwhile, Baa and Babuji are examining some jewelry. Baa comments on its heaviness. Pakhi, watching a video that features Titu, tells Vanraj that they should investigate further.
When Anupama arrives home, Anuj asks about her day. She happily shares that many people came to meet her and took selfies. Anuj laughs, and Shruti mentions they were discussing Aadhya’s upcoming birthday. Anupama corrects her, saying they should talk about Choti’s birthday, but Shruti insists on calling her Aadhya, as that’s her preference. She explains that Aadhya, who never celebrated her birthdays in the orphanage, is now excited about a Bollywood-themed party.
Anupama asks what Aadhya wants for her birthday, and Shruti shares that Aadhya desires a big party and her favorite cake from Cake Licious. Anupama wonders if she should bake a small cake, but Shruti worries Aadhya might feel disappointed.
Anuj, however, insists Anupama bake it, recalling the importance of the gesture from her first birthday with them. Anupama reminisces and laughs, while Shruti looks upset. Sensing the tension, Anupama asks them to continue planning and quietly steps away.
The next day, Anupama prays to God for Aadhya. Anuj stands nearby, holding the newspaper. When Anupama sees her large photo featured in an article, she beams with happiness.
Anuj congratulates her for making the headlines. Toshu, noticing the photo on the table, angrily tears it up and uses it to clean the glass. Rahul confronts him, asking why he did that. Toshu claims ignorance. Vikram remarks that there are plenty of newspapers with her photo on them.
Anupama recounts a past incident, and Anuj frames the newspaper, urging her to always look at it. She tells him she has prepared Aadhya’s breakfast and made palak thepla for him to try before she leaves. Anuj tastes the thepla and enjoys it.
Later, Toshu sees his friends arriving at Spice and Chutney. He quickly removes his jacket and bow tie, approaching them casually, saying he just came to drink tea. He sits with them and calls Rahul to take their order. His friends discuss their jobs and ask about his work. Toshu claims he’s destined for bigger things than a regular job and will start a big business. He calls Rahul again, demanding service.
Rahul refuses, but Vikram steps in, reminding Toshu that customers deserve respect and that Anupama will handle things when she arrives. Vikram takes the order and serves Toshu and his friends. Toshu criticizes him for not bringing sugar-free sweetener, and Vikram apologizes, rushing to get it. One friend asks Toshu if Anupama bought the restaurant with her prize money.
Toshu arrogantly confirms, saying he’s there to keep an eye on the staff. Yashdeep overhears this. Another friend remarks on how inspiring Anupama’s journey is. Toshu takes credit, saying he motivated her to enter the superstar chef competition and arranged her visa and tickets to America.
When a friend asks why Anupama didn’t make him a partner instead of Mr. Dhillon, Toshu lies, claiming he and Anupama are the owners, and they kept Dhillon as a manager for his experience. Yashdeep and the others are stunned. Anupama arrives just in time to hear Toshu’s false claims, and she is furious.
