Episode 1
Anupama feels happy when she sees a message from Anuj. She thanks God for making Shruti better. She tells Yashdeep that she was scared bad news would come, but instead, good news came, and the day will be good. She looks at a photo and sees that Choti is smiling.
Babu ji doesn’t want to eat and tells Baa that her son (Vanraj) doesn’t let him be well. He says she should have stopped Vanraj from making a decision. Baa supports Vanraj and says they should understand him. She thinks Vanraj is more worried about Dimpy and Ansh than them, and is making a wise choice.
She says Prateik is a good guy. But Babu ji disagrees, saying Prateik is not like Titu, and Dimpy likes Titu. He feels if Anupama were here, she wouldn’t have let this happen. He says Vanraj just wants someone to obey him, and they’ve made Dimpy work like a servant for 5 years. Baa defends Vanraj, saying she knows he loves Ansh very much. She asks Babu ji to come as Prateik is outside.
Aadhya is happy to see Shruti is okay. Shruti says she couldn’t bear it if anything had happened to her. Anuj asks if she’s in pain. Just then, Anupama arrives. Aadhya stands up and takes her outside, telling her she’s in the wrong room and no one here is related to her, so she shouldn’t disturb her or her family.
Anuj feels hurt, saying she has proven once again that blood relations matter, as she chose Pari over him and left him to die. He thanks her for reminding him that some things never change and asks her to leave. Aadhya closes the door and draws the curtain to keep her out. She returns to Shruti and holds her hand. Anupama stands outside, remembering Aadhya’s words.
She receives a message from the superstar chef about the semifinal round tomorrow, asking her to report at 9 am. Anupama declares, “I am Kanha ji’s daughter and will not give up.”
Vanraj comes out of the house. Babu ji tells him that a father hands over the responsibility of the house to his son when he finds him capable. He expresses disappointment, saying Vanraj had a problem with Moti Baa’s choice and accused her of not considering his opinion when she arranged his marriage with Anupama. He recalls Vanraj calling her “Masala Daani,” saying he didn’t love her and that’s why he was attracted to Kavya.
Babu ji believes Anupama had no faults, but Vanraj’s heart was set on Kavya. He thinks Vanraj is making the same mistake he had criticized his mother for all his life, saying Dimpy’s heart is with Titu. He urges Vanraj not to become a good son but to avoid suffocating Dimpy’s happiness and let her live her life. He asks Vanraj to apologize if he had promised Prateik anything and to let go of his stubbornness.
Kavya approaches Dimpy, who receives a call from Titu. Dimpy expresses her longing for him and tells him she was waiting for his call. Titu regrets not being able to visit. Kavya leaves as Dimpy talks to Titu, mentioning she will wear red clothes for their wedding.
Later, KD thanks Anupama for staying at her house, revealing that she had left her own family to come here, and her spices and chutneys were like her family. She admits she used to dislike families but feels less lonely now that Anupama is there.
Anupama reassures her, saying, “1 + 1 is 11,” implying they are stronger together. She gives KD the rent and a letter of recommendation from the landlord. KD initially refuses to take the rent but Anupama insists, explaining that she has savings and doesn’t spend much. KD agrees to pass on the rent and letter to the landlord before leaving.
Anupama reflects that she can’t afford to make any mistakes, even unintentionally, and needs to focus on the competition.
Episode 2
Anupama mentions that the semifinal is tomorrow and the competition will be tough. She remembers Sally’s advice to stay focused and not get distracted. She resolves to concentrate on the competition and not miss the chance to win. She also reminds herself not to let Aadhya’s behavior bother her.
Babu ji expresses hope to Kavya that Vanraj has reconsidered his decision. Kavya mentions that Dimpy was very happy, so she didn’t tell her anything. Vanraj tells Prateik that Dimpy is very lucky for him.
He acknowledges that some people may not understand his actions and apologizes to his father in his thoughts, saying he’s doing this for Dimpy’s well-being.
He asks Baa to apply a tilak to him and officially make him Prateik Patel. Baa performs the ritual and gives him blessings. Vanraj hugs Prateik, expressing his wish for Dimpy and Ansh’s happiness. Dimpy overhears this and is shocked.
The doctor informs Anuj that Shruti is recovering quickly and will be discharged tomorrow. Anuj decides to message Anupama, which makes her happy. KD returns home, and Anupama asks her if she can help her learn about American fruits and vegetables.
KD agrees, but asks for help in making masala tea, to which Anupama agrees.

Baa advises Dimpy to listen to Vanraj, stating that his intentions are unknown, and if his dance shop gets closed… Dimpy interrupts, asking Baa not to talk about her father that way.
She mentions that she didn’t say anything when he kept Ansh away from her and made decisions for them. She asserts that she won’t marry Titu if Vanraj doesn’t want her to, but she won’t marry Prateik or anyone else either. Vanraj insists that he has done a lot for her and Ansh and she must marry Prateik. He leaves, leaving Dimpy shocked. She calls Anupama for help. Babu ji and Kavya knock on the door.
Dimpy weeps as she tells Anupama that her father betrayed her and she’d rather die than marry Titu. Anupama messages Kavya that she’s speaking with Dimpy.
Seeing Dimpy cry, Anupama encourages her to switch to a video call. Anupama advises Dimpy that everyone has their own life and must fight for it. She insists that her daughter should not cry or appear helpless, but should be courageous and determined. Anupama ends the call, leaving Dimpy to compose herself.
Aadhya assures Anuj that she will take care of Shruti. Anuj promises to do the same. Aadhya informs him that they are bringing Shruti home tomorrow and everything will be fine, but he would have been married by now. Anuj suggests leaving certain things to fate.
Aadhya believes Anupama is behind this and proposes they have a simple wedding at home now and a grand one later. Anuj explains that Shruti underwent major surgery and a wedding is not feasible at the moment. Aadhya persuades him to promise that once Shruti recovers, they will marry. Anuj agrees to her request.
Baa offers Vanraj mango juice and reassures him that he isn’t wrong. Vanraj questions if he’s bad for thinking about Dimpy’s well-being. Baa acknowledges that from his perspective, he is right, but from Dimpy’s perspective, she is also not wrong. She reveals that Babu ji is upset because Dimpy calmed down after talking to Anupama and mentioned she might commit suicide. Baa explains that a person can do anything in anger.
Later, KD and Anupama pray together. KD mentions she has a job interview at a restaurant and will let Anupama know if there are more vacancies. They wish each other luck and depart.
In the night, Dimpy comes out with Ansh in her arms as Baa fetches water from the kitchen. Dimpy hides when she sees Vanraj sitting and sleeping. She quietly moves towards the door, feeling regretful. Dimpy reflects on her deep love for her family and their sacrifices, but she can’t bear to live a suffocated life.
Baa notices Dimpy’s absence from her room and informs Vanraj that Dimpy and Ansh are missing. They are shocked. Dimpy leaves the house and calls Anupama, revealing that she has left home.
Preview: Anuj informs Anupama about Aadhya’s increasing panic attacks and requests her to stay at his house for her sake. Anupama arrives at the Kapadia house, where Aadhya questions her presence.
