Anupama lifts her hand from Aadhya’s shoulder and lets go of her other hand. She informs Anuj that Aadhya tends to develop a fever after injections, requesting him to prepare turmeric milk and apply a wet cloth to her forehead. Anuj advises Anupama to tend to her own injured hand. Anupama rises and moves to her side, seating herself on her hospital bed.
Aarush remarks that she can no longer catch the flight. Pakhi asserts that she had informed her father not to waste money on the ticket, expressing her desire to remain there. She believes he will never search for her in such a large city. Vanraj interjects, exclaiming, “Never say never!” Startled, Pakhi drops the yogurt she was holding.
Vanraj calmly asks if she will come to him, or if he should come to her. Pakhi approaches him, questioning how he found her. Vanraj commends her intelligence but reveals that her friend inadvertently disclosed their location on social media. He then escorts her away from there.
The doctor examines Anupama’s hand, diagnosing it as a tissue or ligament injury rather than a fracture. She recommends an X-ray and advises Anupama to be cautious and avoid moving her hand. Anupama laments the timing, as she has a competition in two days.
The doctor promises to send the reports to Yashdeep and prescribe necessary medications, which Yashdeep appreciates. Shruti arrives, apologizing for her delay due to work commitments. She inquires about the injection and teasingly suggests that Anuj might have closed his eyes. Anuj reflects on her ability to set aside her pain and care for them, finding the moment touching. Shruti, Anuj, and Aadhya depart.
Babu ji asks Vanraj where he found Pakhi. Baa confronts Pakhi about her actions. Vanraj inquires about the fixed deposit he had arranged for Ishani’s future. Pakhi admits to using it for business due to his reluctance to provide her with money. Baa questions the sustainability of her business endeavors. Angered, Pakhi disparages Baa’s understanding of business, insinuating she is only good for swinging on a swing. Babu ji defends his wife, praising her actions and contrasting them with Pakhi’s.
Pakhi retorts, claiming that if her family does not support her, then who will. Vanraj questions who has supported her thus far, revealing that Aarush, whom she trusts so much, has committed fraud in India and abroad. Pakhi, unfazed, pledges to return his money with interest and insists Aarush will double her money. Kinjal interjects, stating she will not allow Pakhi to stay if their father goes to India.
Pakhi asserts her right to stay, claiming it is her brother’s house. Kinjal reminds her that just as their father runs the other house, she runs this one. Vanraj and Toshu support Kinjal, who asserts that Pakhi cannot stay if she doesn’t want her to.
Shruti, worriedly discussing something with Mr. Kapoor on the phone, notices Anuj and Aadhya. Yashdeep offers turmeric milk to Anupama, who regrets dancing and suggests they proceed with their performance. Determined, she asserts she will cook, as she has always done, even with a crying baby in her arms. Shruti enters the restaurant and sees Anupama, deep in thought.
Dimpy meets Titu and expresses her unwillingness to separate Ansh from his family. She explains that true love does not involve hurting others. Despite Titu’s declaration of love, Dimpy feels unable to bear the weight of their relationship and apologizes, saying her destiny lacks love, so she must end the relationship.
Titu, prioritizing her happiness over his own, acknowledges her decision. He expresses his belief that while his love story may be unfinished, his love for her remains complete. Dimpy, emotional, advises him to move on, leaving Titu to ponder their love story as he walks away.
Shruti approaches Anupama, unaware of her injury, and invites her to cater at her upcoming sangeet. Anupama, surprised, inquires about the urgency. Shruti explains that the caterer backed out and insists Anupama’s supervision is crucial. Yashdeep initially declines, citing prior commitments, but Anupama urges him to reconsider, emphasizing the restaurant’s financial needs. Determined, she asserts that she will attend the function not as a guest, but as the caterer, determined to save their business.
Shruti tells Anupama that she didn’t know about her injury. She then invites them to cater at her sangeet function. Anupama asks if there is something more to it. Shruti explains that the caterer backed out, and she wants them to take over, with Anupama’s supervision. Yashdeep initially refuses, citing prior commitments, but Anupama insists they need the money to save the restaurant. She tells him to call Shruti and agree to cater, stating she will not attend the wedding as a guest but as the caterer.

Yashdeep gives haldi milk to Anupama. Anupama regrets her decision to dance and suggests they proceed with their performance. She recalls managing household chores alone with a crying baby and asserts that she will continue to do so. Yashdeep asks if she is serious, and Anupama confirms, determined to cook and save the restaurant.
Shruti arrives at the restaurant and sees Anupama, lost in thought.
