Deepika and Panditji at the Temple
Deepika tells Panditji that while she usually gains virtue by consuming panchamrit, today she felt blessed by serving it. An elderly lady praises her morals, saying her parents must be proud. Panditji reveals that Deepika lives with her father and stepmother, who abandoned her 15 years ago. He found Deepika and brought her back home, but her stepmother continues to trouble her. Deepika insists that no mother, not even a stepmother, can be cruel. Panditji hopes Deepika finds a good life partner soon and leads a happy married life. The elderly lady predicts that Deepika’s good nature will attract many suitors. Panditji counters, saying society often values appearance over character. Chirag silently watches, impressed by Deepika.
Deepika Returns Home
Shobha waits impatiently for Deepika to return from the temple, muttering curses. When Deepika arrives and offers prasad, calling her “mummy,” Shobha angrily refuses, declaring she is not her mother. Deepika then serves prasad to her father, who asks why she persists in calling Shobha “mummy.” Deepika replies that one day Shobha will accept her.
Chirag at the Medical Camp
Chirag treats patients for free at a medical camp. The next day, Mrs. Shekhawat, a minister’s wife, visits Chirag’s mother Lavanya to propose her daughter’s alliance with Rajat. Meanwhile, Shobha learns that Jahnvi has been selected for the Lavanya Beauty Contest. She dances with joy, hoping her daughter will become Miss Universe, while Deepika prays for Jahnvi’s success.
Lavanya’s Harsh Rejection
Lavanya rejects the alliance, harshly criticizing the girl’s dark complexion. Mrs. Shekhawat argues, but Lavanya insists she will find a fair-skinned, beautiful girl for Chirag. Mrs. Shekhawat leaves in anger. Lavanya’s husband confronts her for her rudeness, but Lavanya insists she wants a flawless daughter-in-law like herself for Chirag. Chirag overhears and says it’s good she rejected the girl since he isn’t interested in marriage yet and wants to focus on his medical career. He suggests finding a match for Prithvi instead.
Introducing Prithvi
Prithvi returns home from playing football and playfully argues with his sister. He shows his love for Chirag by engaging in a friendly arm wrestling match, which Chirag intentionally loses to make Prithvi happy. Chirag informs Prithvi about Lavanya’s desire for a daughter-in-law and suggests Prithvi should marry first. Lavanya insists that Chirag, being her elder son, should marry first.
The family drama continues as Chirag’s father asks him to visit the factory on an important day, but Chirag, busy with three cardiac surgeries, declines. Chirag’s uncle mentions the beauty contest and suggests Lavanya find a suitable girl there.
