A Waiter Spills Alcohol and Milind Prepares for Savi’s Engagement
A waiter drops alcohol on the heavily drunk Rajat. Harsh scolds the waiter and asks Rajat if he is fine. Rajat says yes and asks for directions to the washroom. Harsh shows him the way and murmurs that it’s near his and Ashika’s room.
Milind drives towards a temple with Harini for Savi’s engagement. He asks Harini if she packed the shagun gift envelopes for Savi and Shashank and the dhoti for the panditji. Harini confirms. Milind says Savi is like a sister to him, and he wants her marriage to go smoothly.
Harini mentions that Urmila insisted on giving only one shagun envelope, but she wanted to give an additional one from their side. Milind agrees to give it to Savi himself. Harini says he’s too kind, and Savi trusts him a lot. Milind teases if she’s jealous. Harini admits she is but is happy seeing Savi happy.
She prays that Savi and Shashank get along well. Milind assures her that Savi will soon accept Shashank in her life. Harini prays for Savi’s wish of becoming a mother to be fulfilled soon.
Savi’s Pre-Engagement Worries and Preparations
Savi wakes up at 3 a.m., worried about Sai. She walks to the living room and finds her family ready and packing bags. Isha tells her they are going to the temple for her engagement and asks her to get ready. Mrunmayi says she placed Savi’s jewelry on her dressing table, so she doesn’t need to search for anything.
Rajat’s Emotional Turmoil
Rajat stumbles into Harsh and Ashika’s room and falls on the bed. He notices Ashika’s sari and recalls their time together. Angrily, he throws it away and sees photos of Ashika all around the room. In a fit of rage, he breaks a photo frame. Aman sees him and takes him out of the room.
Savi’s Final Touches Before the Engagement
A makeup artist helps Savi with her makeup, saying she looks beautiful and that her mother asked her to accompany Savi to the engagement venue for touch-ups. She leaves to get her supplies from her studio. Isha calls Savi to check if she is ready and tells her to head to the temple. Savi, still worried about Sai, thinks of checking on her one last time.
