Swati confronts Ishaan, questioning his intentions towards Reeva’s future and whether he’ll leave her again. Ishaan, stunned, remains silent. Swanand intervenes, stating that everyone has a right to know. Swati insists that Ishaan can’t stay silent any longer.
However, Reeva, aware of Ishaan’s recent hospitalization and fatigue, urges them to stop troubling him and asks her parents to take her home. Ishaan stops her, insisting she listen to his response.
Meanwhile, Savi tries to confide in Harini about her relationship with Ishaan, but their conversation is interrupted by the nurse bringing food for Harini, who agrees that she should enjoy real food. Savi promises to feed her sister and serve her home-cooked meals once she’s discharged. Harini, curious, asks if Savi’s in-laws like her cooking, triggering memories of Ishaan’s rejection of her food.
The nurse praises Savi for being a good sister-in-law, highlighting the recent fight between her and Ishaan that led Savi to come to the hospital with her bag, yet now they seem reconciled. Harini, surprised, questions Savi about the fight.
Yashwant urges Ishaan to respond to the family’s inquiries. Surekha worries if Ishaan intends to bring Savi and Harini home, hinting at the potential conflict it might cause. Swanand expresses his anguish, declaring he can’t bear to see Reeva suffer daily. Yashwant, asserting his authority, warns Swanand against such statements and declares that regardless of Ishaan’s decision, he won’t allow Savi and her sister into their home.
Harini questions Savi about her fight with Ishaan and asks about her missing mangalsutra. She mentions that while women might forget to wear their mangalsutras, removing it entirely is not right. Just then, Ishaan walks in and explains that Savi had broken her mangalsutra and gave it to him for repair. He informs them that the doctor will discharge Savi tomorrow and she will stay at their house.
Harini questions how Savi can stay at her sister’s in-law’s house. Ishaan clarifies that it’s her sister’s house, and she has every right to stay there. He leaves, telling Harini to be ready for tomorrow. Harini expresses her happiness to Savi, believing that she made the right decision in getting them married.
Later, Savi confronts Ishaan, asking when she agreed to Tai shifting to his house. Ishaan explains that he feels guilty about a past incident and can’t risk losing another life, so he made the decision for Tai to stay with them.
Savi worries about Surekha, Durva, and others taunting Tai, but Ishaan reassures her that he has spoken to his family about it. He mentions his promise to Reeva but also his responsibilities towards Savi and Harini. Yashwant asks for clarity, and Ishaan suggests that he and Savi act like a married couple in front of Harini for a few days.
Surekha questions Ishaan’s decision, concerned about Reeva’s feelings and urging him not to act without Reeva’s consent. Ishaan reassures Surekha that he will not take any action without Reeva’s permission, expressing confidence in Reeva’s judgment. Swati subtly signals to Reeva to decline. Despite the family’s disapproval, Reeva trusts Ishaan not to betray her again and allows him to bring Savi and her sister home.
Gratefully, Ishaan accepts Reeva’s trust, who conditions their marriage to be on her parent’s anniversary in a month. She clarifies that she is not just dealing with Ishaan but ensuring he doesn’t betray her again. Ishaan agrees, promising to marry her and inform the truth to Harini in the meantime.
In the present, Ishaan cites Reeva’s approval to Savi, insisting she shifts to their house without drama. Savi wonders if Ishaan truly intends to marry Reeva.
Later, at home, Reeva contemplates her decision. Swanand warns Swati that Reeva is making a grave mistake trusting Ishaan again, predicting she will be hurt. Swati recalls how Swanand’s previous interference backfired. Swanand, determined, vows to ensure Reeva marries Ishaan and he divorces Savi within a month.
The next day, Ishaan instructs Jeetu to prepare the guest room for Savi’s aunt, who will be staying there, causing Surekha to criticize Ishaan’s fussiness. Yashwant assures Surekha that Harini and Savi will leave after a few days.
Surekha instructs Shikha to call Chinmay for breakfast. Curiously, Shikha approaches Chinmay, questioning his calm smile. Chinmay cryptically remarks on the storm of emotions within Ishaan, unaware of his love for Savi.
Surprised, Shikha admits to feeling similarly. Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Shikha plans to make modak with Asmita. Surekha intervenes, cautioning them not to prepare anything special for Savi and Harini, who are visiting for a few days. Asmita ponders over Ishaan’s decision to bring them into such a toxic environment.
Elsewhere, Ishaan heads to the hospital to pick up Harini and Savi. Harini reveals they’ve booked a taxi, knowing Ishaan was meant to marry Reeva and feels he was coerced into marrying Savi. Angered by Savi’s apparent disclosure, Ishaan confronts her.
However, Harini clarifies that Savi never revealed anything. In a flashback, Savi tells Harini they will stay in a separate room, not Ishaan’s house. Harini insists they stay at Ishaan’s for a few days as promised. While Savi finishes discharge formalities, her purse drops, revealing a mangalsutra. Harini confronts Savi, realizing the nurse was telling the truth.
