Bhagyashree’s Plea
Bhagyashree sobs uncontrollably, begging her family to bring back Sai. Tara tries to calm her down, vowing to make Ashika pay for taking Sai away. Raju promises they will find a solution. Bhagyashree recounts how Savi publicly accused Rajat of being a bad father, causing child welfare activists to take Sai and give her to Ashika, who then abandoned her for a wealthy man, Harsh. Bhagyashree pleads with Rajat to do whatever it takes to bring Sai back, as she cannot live without her. Rajat reassures her, acknowledging his shortcomings as a father but highlighting Bhagyashree’s and Raju’s love for Sai. He vows to bring Sai back for their sake.
Mrunmayi and Aman
Mrunmayi opens the door to see Aman by the lift. Aman asks to talk about Sai, questioning why Savi handed her over to Ashika and defamed Rajat, causing the Thakkar family immense pain. Mrunmayi retorts that he’s showing loyalty to Rajat but was absent when Isha and Shantanu were humiliated by the police. She defends Savi’s decision to return Sai to her mother. Aman warns her about Ashika’s irresponsibility, but Mrunmayi stands by Savi and shuts the door in his face.
Ashika and Sai
Ashika shows Sai her new room filled with toys and a beautiful wardrobe, asking if she likes it. Maid Rashi affirms, but Sai remains silent. Ashika tries to engage Sai with a board game and snacks, but Sai doesn’t respond. Ashika, frustrated, tries to tempt Sai with a Swiss chocolate, but Sai refuses. Rajat enters, commenting on Sai’s preference for simpler foods like dhokla and thepla. Ashika asserts that Sai is also her daughter. Harsh instructs the maids to watch over Sai and insists Ashika attend Mr. Sabharwal’s party, a crucial event for his business. Ashika reluctantly agrees, leaving Sai in the care of the maids.
Savi’s Dilemma
Savi reminisces about Sai while feeding her puppy, Chocolate. Isha notices and intervenes, reminding Savi that returning Sai to her mother was the right thing to do. Mrunmayi criticizes Ashika’s character, but Isha defends her, advising Mrunmayi not to judge without knowing the whole story. Harini comments on the irony of irresponsible people keeping children while loving ones can’t. Shashank visits, wanting to talk to Savi. Isha encourages her to listen, leaving them alone.
Savi and Shashank
Savi confronts Shashank about his canceled engagement. He apologizes for his behavior, asking if she would have reacted differently if her parents were arrested at the engagement venue. Savi responds that she would have respected him if he had stood by her parents. She asserts that their differing values make them incompatible and ends their relationship, pushing him out of the house. Rajat exits the lift, and Shashank informs him of Savi’s refusal. Rajat dismisses Savi, declaring she doesn’t deserve happiness.
Savi’s Resolve
Savi retorts, criticizing Rajat’s arrogance and Shashank’s opportunism. She asserts that Sai can never be happy with a father like Rajat and did the right thing by sending Sai with her mother. Returning home, she questions her family about marrying spineless Shashank, who blindly follows orders. The family remains silent. Shashank begs Rajat not to cancel their contract. Rajat angrily tells him to leave.
Rajat’s Remorse
Rajat enters Sai’s room, overwhelmed by memories. The song “O Ri Chiraiya” plays as he hugs Sai’s toy and recalls their happy moments together. Flashbacks reveal his failed relationship with Ashika, who left him for another man. Determined, Rajat calls his lawyer, preparing for the court hearing to win Sai back. He professes his deep love for Sai, vowing to fight for her.
