The episode begins with Shrishti mentioning that Jhanak’s upcoming marriage into a large family has made Arshi happy, a sentiment Anirudh agrees with. Arshi asks for clarification, and Bipasha invites them to join a ritual.
Tanuja suggests bringing haldi for Jhanak, a custom not followed by their family. However, Bipasha reveals that she has already prepared haldi. As the haldi ceremony commences, a mishap occurs, and haldi falls on Anirudh.
Parvati apologizes, and Anjana advises Anirudh to change his clothes, but he decides to stay. Choton jokingly suggests that Anirudh should wash off the haldi, leading Anirudh to question his intentions. The family proceeds with Jhanak’s haldi ceremony, and Dadi invites Mamta, a neighbor, to participate as a suhaagan.
They perform the rituals, and Jhanak follows them, shedding tears. Another ritual follows, where water is poured over Jhanak as Is Lamhe Ka plays.
Anirudh, feeling uncomfortable, decides to take a bath. Choton and Appu tease him about the haldi, and Shrishti discusses Anirudh’s mistake with Tanuja and others. She then lies about Avinash’s participation in a ritual where the groom remains veiled until the wedding is complete.
