The episode begins with Jhanak cleaning the area, while the girls mock her. Sakshi demands she fetch tea for them, but a guy stands up for Jhanak. She confronts the girls, explaining that just because they come from wealthy families doesn’t give them the right to belittle her. One girl threatens to report her, but the guy insists it’s not Jhanak’s fault.
Everyone gathers to meet Baren and Mrinalini. Anjana mentions that Choton is shy and left, but Mrinalini insists he’s not ill-mannered. Dadi expresses concern over his reluctance toward marriage, while Dadu defends Choton’s good heart despite his lack of success. Anjana adds that Choton fears not being able to provide for a family. Mrinalini, however, reveals her intention to end the marriage arrangement, claiming Choton lacks courage.
The girls continue to taunt Jhanak, escalating tensions. Mrinalini declares her anger is justified due to the disrespect she’s faced. Baren reminds her to maintain respect, but she insists on speaking the truth about Choton’s visit to her school, where he confessed to loving someone else. This shocks everyone.
Dadu asks about the other girl, but Mrinalini admits she didn’t inquire further. Baren expresses gratitude to Choton for being honest, while Mrinalini explains her decision to marry was out of respect for her parents. Dadi promises to apologize if the claims are true, but Mrinalini insists there’s no need for that.
Guru ji arrives and questions the girls about their treatment of Jhanak. The guy defends her, stating they didn’t rehearse, and Jhanak confirms the girls arrived late. Despite the girls’ lies, she stands firm about her work ethic.
Mrinalini doubts Jhanak’s trustworthiness, while Anjana defends Choton, asserting he has no connections with anyone else. Baren laughs, admitting Choton is indeed fearful of marriage. Mrinalini questions why they want her to marry him if he’s so troubled. Dadu realizes there’s a misunderstanding.
Anjana insists on calling Choton to uncover the truth. Mrinalini refuses, but Anjana maintains that they owe it to Jhanak and themselves to give Choton a chance to explain. Choton, waiting outside, is urged to come in. He expresses hesitation, prompting Mrinalini’s anger.
She prepares to get tea, but Dadu insists they wait for Choton to clarify matters. Dadi adds that Baren also has a stake in this situation, supporting Choton’s character. Guru ji instructs Jhanak to fetch the tea while emphasizing the importance of teamwork and strength as they prepare for their performance. He teaches her how to operate the music, reinforcing that she will be part of the showcase.
