The episode begins with Jhanak admiring the pictures and commenting that Arshi and Anirudh are perfect for each other, which makes Arshi smile. Rumi adds that their pairing is the best, and Anjana agrees, finding the pictures lovely. Bipasha light-heartedly teases Appu, saying that Jhanak will ensure she is well-prepared, as it’s Jhanak’s responsibility.
Anjana interjects, reminding Bipasha that Appu isn’t present, and scolds her for her comment. Tanuja steps in, calming the situation and explaining that Shrishti wants Jhanak to come to her house and take part in the Kashmiri rituals. Jhanak agrees, adding that she will share all she knows but clarifies that she wasn’t involved in Arya’s marriage, as Mama knows everything.
When asked why he isn’t coming, Arshi explains that he said he can’t make it, so they will follow Jhanak’s guidance. Arshi expresses her excitement for Jhanak to make her ready and confirms her plan to go to Mumbai after the wedding.
Arshi reveals her need to travel to Dubai for a few days, mentioning that they’ve asked for her availability. Tanuja informs her that Anirudh has already booked their honeymoon tickets. Arshi, however, prioritizes her work commitment, stating that it’s a big achievement and her dream.
She believes that the honeymoon can wait, as this opportunity comes only once a year. Bipasha makes a sarcastic remark towards Jhanak, and Arshi asks Jhanak to focus on getting her ready. Jhanak agrees, saying she will prepare everyone.
Arshi decides that Jhanak will apply mehendi to her. Tanuja instructs Rumi to call Anirudh and asks Jhanak to choose a nice picture of Arshi and Anirudh. Jhanak praises all the pictures, but Arshi insists on selecting one. Anirudh arrives, and Bipasha informs him that Jhanak has chosen a picture for their room, but Jhanak denies it, stating that all the pictures are good. Arshi then asks Anirudh to decide on the picture himself.
She asks Anirudh to make a choice. He selects one. Tanuja exclaims, “Wow, Jhanak also picked the same one!” Lal and Bipasha chime in, “We like it too.” Arshi agrees, “Alright, if everyone’s on board, let’s get this picture framed.” Lal decides, “Okay, it’s settled then, we’ll frame this picture.
” Jhanak starts to leave, but Anirudh stops her. He says, “I’m going to show these things to Dadi and Dadu.” Then he questions her, “Why do you want to do this work?” She asks, “Why? It’s not a big deal.” Anirudh persists, “What’s the need to get involved in other things?” She is confused, “What are you saying?” He asks, “Why did you speak up during the photo selection?” Jhanak explains, “They showed me the pictures.
You invited me to this marriage, so I’ll go when the marriage happens.” Anirudh clarifies, “You have the wrong idea about me. Did I invite you to the marriage or ask you to live peacefully with me? Don’t you like staying with me?” Jhanak responds, “They treated me like a member of Arshi’s family, not a maid.” Anirudh realizes, “So, they’ve accepted you now.
” Jhanak asserts, “I have no complaints with anyone.” Anirudh questions, “Then why are you ignoring me?” Jhanak admits, “I don’t know if I should talk to you or not. Your wife will be here in two days. What will she think? We shouldn’t talk. There’s no conclusion.” Anirudh persists, “You become a different person when I fall sick. Answer me. You show all your pity on me, but when I get better, you change. Why do you do this to me?” Jhanak replies, “I have a lot of work. I have to go to Arshi’s house.
” Anirudh insists, “No, you won’t go. You’ll feel bad there.” Jhanak questions, “Why? It’s Arshi’s marriage.” Anirudh explains, “I don’t want you to go there. I don’t know, you might get insulted there.” Jhanak asserts, “I can take care of myself.” Anirudh asks, “How did you like my performance at the Sangeet?” Jhanak recalls, “You sang a song and danced with Arshi.
” Anirudh clarifies, “I’m not talking about that. I didn’t hurt Arshi. I kept her happy.” Jhanak counters, “Why are you explaining this to me? You hurt Arshi, whether it was acting or cheating, who gave you permission for this?” Anirudh defends, “Who am I cheating?” Jhanak accuses, “Arshi. What’s the reason for talking like this? Do you know the meaning of acting? You thought no one would ask you.
Arshi is my sister.” Anirudh denies, “No, I wasn’t insulting Arshi.” He asks, “Did you forget our talk?” Jhanak denies, “No, we didn’t talk about anything like that. You were sick. Do you think I’m so cheap? If you can insult Arshi, then you can insult me too. I don’t want to see you.” Anirudh calls out, “Jhanak…” She warns, “Think carefully. You’re getting married. If you do this, then Arshi will not respect you. You should be ashamed of yourself.” She walks away. Anirudh thinks to himself, “I will make you pay for this.
You know everything, yet you behave like this.” Jhanak reflects, “I had to say this. Why did you say you were acting? You should love Arshi.” Anirudh resolves, “Fine, you think our closeness was just because I was sick.” Jhanak regrets, “You thought I would be happy with this? You acted with me and married me, then asked me to wipe off the sindoor.” Anirudh concludes, “I want to see if your heart hurts seeing Arshi and me happy. You will see my love for Arshi.”
