Simran’s Late Night Return
Simran returns home late after meeting her boyfriend. Manveer questions her about her late outing. Nervously, Simran claims she was with her friend Tina. Manveer, sensing something amiss, presses her, but Simran insists there’s nothing to hide.
Just then, Gurnoor joins them, asking Simran if she met Tina. Simran reassures Manveer not to worry about her, but Manveer emphasizes it’s natural to be concerned for his daughter. He advises her to freshen up, eat dinner, and get some rest.
As Simran walks away with Gurnoor, she thanks her for the support. Gurnoor inquires about her meeting with Aarav, to which Simran replies they met at a burger joint. Later, Simran gets engrossed in a phone chat with Aarav.
Akeer’s Curiosity
Akeer approaches Simran, puzzled about why she calls Manveer “Mannu Mamma,” especially since she mentioned her own mother has passed away. Simran explains that Manveer is like a mother to her too. Akeer recalls Sahiba’s concern for Simran and Gurnoor’s support, deciding to call Gurnoor “Junior Mamma.
” Simran tries to intervene, but Gurnoor arrives, and Akeer asks if he can use the nickname. Simran quickly explains the situation, and Gurnoor agrees to the title. Angad, feeling awkward, excuses himself, saying he has a call, while Akeer remarks that he didn’t hear the phone ring.
Business Meeting Tensions
Meanwhile, Veer, Garry, and Jasleen gather for a meeting. Zoravar calls Garry, pressing him to introduce him to Mr. Kharbanda. Garry warns that Kharbanda is hard to meet but promises to try. Zoravar insists on a meeting at noon. Veer cautions Garry that Kharbanda might not be receptive to Zoravar’s proposal.
In another conversation, Angad informs Gurnoor about her upcoming meeting with a lawyer regarding her divorce. Gurnoor asks him to accompany her for support. Angad wishes to be there for her, but Manveer intervenes, telling Angad to let Gurnoor handle her divorce alone.
Angad argues that he promised to help her, but Manveer insists she can manage. Gurnoor then leaves, and Manveer warns Angad to be cautious, noting his growing affection for Gurnoor. Gurnoor returns, declaring she’s no longer interested in marriage after her toxic relationship.
**Zoravar and Kharbanda’s Meeting**
Garry, along with Jasleen and Veer, meets with Zoravar and video calls Mr. Kharbanda. Zoravar introduces himself, and Kharbanda replies that he is very busy and wants to know what Zoravar expects from him. Zoravar shares his plans for a business partnership with Garry.
Kharbanda allows it but makes it clear he won’t give blessings without something in return. Zoravar, angered, holds back as Garry advises him to remain calm, noting that Kharbanda is known for his short temper. Zoravar presses for what Kharbanda would want in exchange for his help. Kharbanda demands a special surprise gift before he considers any further assistance.
The lawyer arrives to meet Gurnoor. Angad encourages her to detail Zoravar’s wrongdoings so they can document them in the divorce complaint. Gurnoor recounts how Zoravar drugged and married her, subjecting her to constant torture. The lawyer then asks Angad to step out for a moment to speak privately with Gurnoor. Angad exits, and the lawyer talks with her. When Angad returns, the lawyer departs.
Angad tells Gurnoor that he believes everyone deserves happiness. Hearing her express a loss of faith in marriage makes him think she’s reverting to the old Angad, who felt undeserving of joy. Gurnoor clarifies she didn’t mean it that way.
Angad questions if she thinks one can give themselves a second chance. Gurnoor replies, “Maybe.” Just then, the lawyer returns, mentioning that he even creates marriage certificates and that his wife is a wedding planner. Gurnoor smiles, and Angad finds it amusing.
Meanwhile, Zoravar informs his team that he plans to give Kharbanda a special gift. Beeja warns him that this could lead to significant losses.
Undeterred, Zoravar states he will gift his hospitality business and luxury resorts to Kharbanda. Beeja cautions against such a risky move, but Zoravar insists he’s willing to take any risk to ruin Angad. He believes that once Angad is down and out, Gurnoor will return to him.
At home, Manveer grows anxious when Simran doesn’t return late at night. Angad reassures her that she will come back. Manveer blames Gurnoor for enabling Simran’s misbehavior, noting that Simran’s phone is switched off, which is unusual for her. Angad urges her to stay calm. Gurnoor tries to call Aarav, only to find his phone is also switched off.
