Sahiba prays for her son, asking God to protect him after witnessing the death of a father figure. Arminder sends goons to kill Sahiba, instructing them to call only when the task is done. Disguised as a food delivery boy, one goon enters the police station but is stopped by a suspicious constable.
The caterer explains the new boy’s presence due to the regular one’s leave, and the constable accompanies him. After distributing food, an inmate finds a hidden note. The constable urges Sahiba to eat and stop crying. Seeing her distress, the inspector offers to arrange a meeting with her son, but Sahiba declines, worried her son hasn’t eaten.
Akeer sobs, clutching Sahiba’s photo. Angad approaches, urging him to sleep, but Akeer refuses and expresses his hatred for Angad. Angad, heartbroken, retreats. Bebe finds Angad and learns Akeer is still awake. Angad wishes he could sing a lullaby to comfort his son. Bebe decides to sing for her great-grandson. Akeer initially resists but agrees, hoping to see his mother in his dreams. As Bebe sings, Akeer imagines Sahiba and Diljeet comforting him to sleep.
Angad prays to God, seeking guidance on how to prove Sahiba’s innocence. That night, he has a nightmare of someone chasing Sahiba on the road and killing her. Deeply worried, he decides to check on Sahiba.
Meanwhile, in the prison, a goon inmate wakes up at midnight while everyone is asleep and strangles Sahiba from behind until she loses consciousness. Angad arrives at the police station, but the constable stops him. Angad insists on seeing his wife, but the constable refuses.
The inspector arrives and tells him to come back in the morning. Angad, desperate, pushes past the constables and rushes inside, promising to be back in five minutes. He finds Sahiba unconscious on the floor. The inspector orders the cell to be opened, and Angad lifts Sahiba, shaking her gently until she opens her eyes, coughing.
Seeing the mark on her neck, Angad asks who did this. Sahiba points to a woman inmate. Inmate Divya accuses Sahiba of attempting suicide and blaming her. Angad defends Sahiba, insisting she doesn’t lie. The inspector says she can’t believe either side without an investigation.
Angad, determined, tries to take Sahiba out, but the inspector stops him and moves Sahiba to another cell. Sahiba asks about Akeer, and Angad shows her a photo, assuring her he will stay close to Akeer and prove her innocence.
