Sahiba is taken in a police jeep towards the court. The constable notices a car following them and asks Sahiba if it’s her husband, remarking that last time he didn’t want to leave her alone. He wonders where her husband is now.
Suddenly, a truck joins the car and rams the jeep from behind. The jeep crashes into a tree and breaks down. Goons then kidnap Sahiba and take her away.
Sahiba regains consciousness and finds herself tied to a chair, facing Angad. She wakes up Angad, who immediately asks if she is alright. Amu walks up to them and accuses Angad of never showing such concern for her.
Sahiba is stunned to see Amu. Angad reveals that Amu killed Diljeet. Amarinder then appears and declares he can kill anyone or even die for Amu.
Angad further discloses that Diljeet was Harneet’s illegitimate son. Sahiba asks Amu why she killed Diljeet. Amu explains that her mother hid the truth from her father and her, leading her to kill Diljeet out of jealousy.
Sahiba accuses Amu of separating her from her son. Amarinder asserts that since they both troubled Amu, they should leave this world together. An argument ensues.
Meanwhile, the inspector calls her team, instructing them to track the kidnappers’ car. Garry stops his car upon seeing the inspector who had arrested Sahiba. The inspector informs him about the attack and Sahiba’s kidnapping. Garry is shocked to hear this.
Amarinder sets a time bomb to eliminate Angad and Sahiba. Angad shouts that he will not spare them, but Amarinder taunts that he’ll have to survive the bomb blast first. He sets the timer and leaves with Amu. Sahiba gets emotional and tells Angad she always knew he would come to save her. She recalls how they escaped a fire accident by falling into a water tub last time. Angad reassures her that they will escape this bomb blast too.
Sahiba confesses that when she kicked him out, she was upset but never stopped loving him. Angad admits he thought she moved on and got engaged to Amu, but he always loved her. They continue to express their love, saying their story would be as famous as the 44 love stories of Punjab.
Angad then falls on broken glass, cutting his ropes. Amu, observing, tells Amarinder that Angad is struggling to save Sahiba and wishes he had done the same for her. Amarinder tells her to control her emotions, reminding her that if people find out Harneet had an illegitimate son, he will be defamed, so Angad and Sahiba must die.
Angad frees himself and then Sahiba. Amarinder shoots at Angad, but Sahiba steps in and takes the bullet to her chest.
