Bebe asks Keerat to compose herself, reminding her that as Akeer’s aunt, she must take care of him now. Keerat expresses concern about how Akeer will react when he learns his mother is gone. Akeer insists on seeing Bebe, but Simran tries to stop him. Akeer explains that Bebe sings him a lullaby and he dreams of his mother.
Despite Simran’s efforts, Akeer runs downstairs calling for Bebe. The Brar family stands solemnly around Sahiba’s body. Akeer tells Bebe that he dreamt of his mother, who promised she would return soon and never leave him again. The family is in tears. Simran apologizes to Angad, saying she tried to stop Akeer but couldn’t.
Akeer sees Sahiba and joyfully says she has returned as promised and they will never be apart again. He asks why she is sleeping and continues talking to her, noticing her coldness and covering her with a shawl. The family’s grief deepens. Bebe tells Angad to start the funeral procession. Angad weeps on Manveer’s shoulder.
The family tries to take Akeer away from Sahiba, but he resists, refusing to let her go. The family holds him back as Angad and others carry Sahiba’s body away. At the funeral site, Angad recalls precious moments spent with Sahiba, while the song “Jeelene De” plays in the background.
Bebe tells Angad that Sahiba sacrificed her life to save his, and now it’s his duty to take care of Akeer alone. Angad walks over to Sahiba, apologizing for all the troubles he caused her. He remembers Sahiba telling him she loved him forever and would continue to love him even after death.
Manveer asks him to perform the last rites. Angad sets Sahiba’s body on fire while “Rolene De..” plays in the background. He cries, saying Sahiba promised to help raise Akeer, but now he will do it alone and make her proud.
Meanwhile, Sahiba’s doppelganger runs in the background, fleeing from goons. Manveer says no one wanted Sahiba to die, but now it’s God’s will that Angad takes care of Akeer alone. A few days later, Angad visits the gurudwara, recalling how he and Sahiba used to perform food service together.
He prays that Sahiba, who endured so much pain in this world, finds happiness in the next. The gurudwara priest prays for strength for Angad and his family. Angad expresses his desire to serve and begins sweeping the floor. The doppelganger, hiding in the gurudwara, prays for protection from the evil lady pursuing her.
