The episode opens with Sayali smiling as she thinks about Sachin, but her mood quickly shifts when he doesn’t arrive. Despite waiting, Sachin doesn’t show up, leading to disappointment for Sayali and the family. Eventually, they learn that Sachin went to Mumbai due to a problem involving police chasing his friend Anya.
Anya had been driving Sachin’s car, and when the police found alcohol in the car, Anya fled. This led to Sachin going to Mumbai to handle the situation, leaving Sayali upset and determined to go to Mumbai herself to support him.
In Mumbai, Sayali contacts Akash for help, as Sachin is not answering her calls. She learns about Anya’s situation and Sachin’s efforts to resolve the issue with the police. Sachin, deeply concerned about Anya’s well-being, tries to convince the police that they are innocent and willing to cooperate. He explains that they make an honest living through taxi services and are not involved in any illegal activities.
Despite Sachin’s pleas, the police remain skeptical, but eventually, they release Anya and return the taxi to Sachin. Sachin’s determination to protect his friend and his integrity impress Sayali, who arrives in Mumbai to find Sachin safe but shaken by the ordeal. The episode ends with Sayali and Sachin reuniting, grateful for each other’s support during a challenging time.
Anya pleads, “Please…” before the inspector slaps him. Sachin retaliates with a slap, leading to the inspector’s outrage. “How dare you slap an officer?” the inspector demands. Sachin, realizing his mistake, explains, “He isn’t in uniform, I was saving my friend, sorry.” However, the inspector remains unforgiving, resorting to violence and beating Sachin with a stick.
A concerned constable intervenes, commenting, “Sub inspector shouldn’t beat them, he always beats people in anger.” Sayali arrives at the scene, witnessing Sachin’s ordeal. Overcome with emotion, she implores, “Please don’t beat him, he didn’t do anything.
” Sachin, attempting to protect her, urges, “Go.” Upon being questioned by the inspector, Sayali reveals, “He is my husband… he got to know about the car and came here just now, why are you beating him?” The inspector justifies his actions, stating, “He raised hand on me.” Sayali apologizes, defending Sachin, “He didn’t do anything wrong, it’s not his mistake.”
Despite Sachin’s request for her to leave, Sayali continues to plead, “Don’t beat him.” Threatened by the inspector, she faces removal by a lady constable. Sachin’s heart wrenches as he witnesses Sayali being taken away. Meanwhile, the inspector continues his assault on Sachin.
Eventually, Sachin and Anya find themselves locked up. Anya apologizes, but Sachin, consumed by worry for Sayali, expresses regret, “I asked her to go, I know she won’t go.” Sayali’s anguish is palpable as she cries out, “Please leave my husband.
” Akash and Juhi arrive, offering support. Juhi consoles Sayali, who explains, “Sachin has slapped the sub inspector and got much beaten up.” They visit Sachin, who, though grateful for their presence, urges them to leave. Akash questions Sachin’s actions, to which Sachin explains his frustration over the unjust treatment of Anya.
Realizing the severity of the situation, Akash intervenes, discussing Sachin’s innocence with the inspector and emphasizing the need for fair investigation. Sayali, in a desperate plea, apologizes and begs for Sachin’s release.
Juhi adds, “They just got married, if he gets punished, then their life will be ruined.” Overwhelmed, Sayali reiterates Sachin’s character, “He is a good person, he gets angry but he is clean-hearted… he helps everyone, he came to help his friend and all this happened.” Sachin listens to her words, deeply touched by her unwavering support.
