The episode starts with Sachin’s friends praising Sayali, comparing Sachin and Sayali to Shiv and Parvati. Ganya brings a cake and announces it’s for their party. Sachin expresses his appreciation for his friends’ love and admires the cake. Anya asks Sachin to cut the cake and suggests Sayali should hold his hand while doing it. They cut the cake together and feed each other.
Meanwhile, Tejas expresses concern about managing something, to which Roshni reassures him, saying she’ll handle it. They meet Roshni’s client, and she introduces Tejas as her husband and an event planner who organizes parties and weddings. After the client leaves, Tejas, feeling undervalued, tells Roshni that despite his many degrees, she has reduced him to an ordinary event planner.
Roshni retorts that she had no choice since he’s currently jobless. A PA enters and asks if Tejas is her husband, and Roshni confirms. Tejas then talks to Dinesh, answering his questions, and holds Roshni’s hand as they go to dine together. Dinesh becomes suspicious, feeling something is amiss. A lady announces couple games, and Roshni asks Tejas to smile as everyone is watching them.
Back at the party, Sachin and his friends enjoy the cake. Anya gives clothes to Sachin and Sayali, and Sachin questions the expense. Anya assures him that he spent as much as he could and reveals there’s just dinner left. Sachin invites Sayali to eat if she’s hungry, but she insists on dining together.
Ganya brings juice for her, while Anya goes to get drinks for himself, musing that everything happens for a reason and praising Sachin. Sayali smiles but internally questions Anya’s behavior, feeling neglected by him. Anya continues drinking, and Sachin’s friends start to disperse. Sachin asks Sayali to sit and then checks on his friends, who are still partying. Anya tells Sachin to lower his voice as Sayali is outside. Sachin decides to join in the drinking.
Sayali waits outside as the lady explains the rules of a paper dance game. Tejas and Roshni participate, dancing to “Ishq Aisa…” Tejas lifts Roshni in the final round, winning the game. The lady announces Tejas and Roshni as the winners, and they receive a trophy. Roshni, surprised by their victory, comments that they might understand each other well. Tejas responds with a “maybe,” and they both smile.
Sachin is sitting and drinking with his friends when Sayali sees them. Annoyed by their jokes about marriage, she gets angry and calls out to Sachin. He approaches her, asking what’s wrong. She insists they go home because it’s late, but he resists, saying his friends have shown her respect and they should stay longer. He offers to get her some food, but she demands they leave. He refuses.
Anya tries to calm Sachin down, but an argument ensues between him and Sayali. Ignoring her, Sachin asks for music to be played so he can dance with his friends. Despite Sayali’s repeated calls, he doesn’t listen. Meanwhile, the landlord and his wife arrive home and hear the loud music. Investigating the commotion, the landlord admonishes Sachin, reminding him that it’s their home, not a bar. Anya explains it’s just a small party, but the landlady reprimands them, particularly upset about the presence of alcohol and a girl. Sachin tries to defend himself, but the landlord insists they understand the situation perfectly. The landlady scolds Sayali, who leaves in tears.
At home, Sayali retreats to her room, crying. Sachin returns later, drunk, and encounters Paresh. Paresh notes that Sayali has been home for a while and criticizes Sachin for coming back so late. Sachin complains that Sayali insulted him by leaving early. Paresh, disappointed, tells Sachin he understands what happened just by looking at his state. Sachin then stumbles into their room and sees Sayali sleeping peacefully. He grabs a jug of water, accidentally spilling some on her as he drinks. She wakes up and questions his behavior, leading to another argument.
Sayali washes her face and clothes, remarking that Sachin wouldn’t understand anything in his current state. Sachin goes to sleep, while Sayali starts making a rangoli outside the house. Paresh approaches her, sensing her sadness about feeling stuck in life. He offers words of encouragement, telling her she will complete this unfinished journey. Sayali brushes off his concern, saying she has much to do and suggesting he go for his morning walk. She then returns to the room to clean up. Sachin, accidentally stepped on by her, wakes up and praises his friends’ efforts. Sayali questions him about a missing chain, wondering if he has sold it.
