The episode begins with Arjun and Kashvi encountering each other. Mahinder introduces Arjun to Kashvi, mentioning her name. Arjun recognizes Kashvi as Kashvi Sabarwal, recalling their previous encounter six months ago when she was wrongly accused of Aditya Arora’s murder.
Kashvi explains that she was released after a month when evidence proved her innocence, though she remains puzzled about who framed her. Arjun questions why she never contacted him after her release, prompting Kashvi to flashback to a moment when she saw Arjun, Mahima, and Karun together, feeling hurt and betrayed.
Meanwhile, Karun accidentally splashes dirty water on Romila, leading to an altercation. Romila chastises Karun, but Nitya intervenes, defending her grandson. Romila reflects sadly on Karun’s behavior since Kashvi left.
Mahinder urges Raunaq to persuade Arjun to confront his past and work with Kashvi to apprehend Devraj. Raunaq convinces Arjun that this mission is crucial, emphasizing it’s a temporary partnership. Reluctantly, Arjun and Kashvi agree to cooperate. Mahinder informs them that Devraj will make a public appearance at a farmhouse in Faridabad, where their mission will unfold.
Kashvi reassures Dadi that she’s focused on catching a criminal, not rekindling a romance with Arjun, who is now with Mahima. Nitya learns about Kashvi’s release and expresses concern over her son Karun’s resentment towards Kashvi. Arjun assures Nitya that he won’t let personal feelings interfere with the mission, despite Karun’s animosity towards Kashvi.
Raunaq Sir briefs Arjun and Kashvi, detailing their fake passports with a Chennai address as Krishnan Iyer and Vyajanti Iyer, claiming they’ve been married for five years. He instructs them to prepare for their assignment at the farmhouse, where Bakshi, the marriage planner, will assist them.
Arjun and Kashvi arrive at the farmhouse dressed in South Indian attire. Arjun playfully acts romantic with Kashvi but reminds her about the CCTV cameras, emphasizing the need to maintain the facade of being Mr. and Mrs. Iyer. They enter the farmhouse where Bakshi’s daughter, Meera, climbs a ladder to tie a garland of flowers but falls.
Arjun and Kashvi rush to save her, and they all tumble down together. Apologizing, Meera introduces herself, and Bakshi clarifies their identities as his friends’ son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Iyer, based on the photos shown to him by Raunaq Sir. Bakshi then escorts them to their room.
Inside, Arjun and Kashvi bicker over who will sleep on the bed. Arjun insists that to avoid suspicion from Devraj’s men, they should appear as a genuine couple and not raise doubts. He stresses the importance of staying alert, warning Kashvi that she will bear responsibility if the mission fails.
