The episode begins with Kashvi arriving at the office. Meera greets her with a “Good morning, Ma’am.” Kashvi responds warmly, noting that Meera is working there now, and wishes her all the best. Meera expresses her hope of becoming an officer like Kashvi someday, but for now, this job is a good step. Kashvi encourages her to work hard and moves on.
Jagdish, observing from a distance, inquires about Kashvi. Meera explains that Kashvi isn’t going to Delhi; she worked here before and is rejoining now. Jagdish then asks if Arjun and Kashvi are still together. Arjun approaches Kashvi, offering her tea or coffee, and inquiring about her well-being. Kashvi, asserting her seniority, jokes that she can order him around.
Arjun, flirting, says she can do whatever she wants with him. Kashvi then asks about Karun, to which Arjun explains he was tired and didn’t speak to Karun while dropping him at school, but assures her everything will be fine soon. Kashvi is pleased, unaware that Arjun is lying to her.
Meanwhile, Karun is burning photo albums, declaring he doesn’t want Kashvi’s pictures in the house. Nitya tries to calm him and calls Jagdish for help. She attempts to reach Arjun but his phone is unreachable. She then asks Jagdish to handle Karun and goes to find Arjun. Arjun, needing a phone, asks Kashvi for hers, but she refuses, suspecting he wants to check her phone. Arjun tries to grab it, pulling her closer. Kashvi demands to see his phone, mentioning his interactions at Karun’s school. Arjun is taken aback.
Nitya walks into Arjun’s office, finding him with a girl she assumes to be Kashvi. Upon calling his name, Arjun moves, revealing Meera. Nitya asks who she is, and Arjun explains Meera is a new employee. When Nitya questions their closeness, Arjun lies, saying he was helping Meera with something in her eye. Nitya, suspecting deceit but relieved Kashvi is gone, takes Arjun away, instructing Meera to inform everyone.
Outside, Mohan confronts Meera, accusing her of having an affair with Arjun after seeing them together. Meera clarifies that Kashvi and Arjun, who were married before, are civil officers here. She pulls Kashvi out from under a table, revealing that Meera helped them. A flashback shows Meera alerting Arjun and Kashvi about Nitya’s arrival, leading Kashvi to hide. In the present, Mohan realizes they were hiding from Nitya. Kashvi explains that a bad relationship with her mother-in-law necessitated the hiding. Meera reassures Mohan of her loyalty, and Kashvi advises them to trust each other, which leads to Mohan apologizing and giving Meera a chocolate.
Arjun later confronts Karun about his anger towards Kashvi. Karun vehemently denies Kashvi as his mother, calling her a bad woman. Arjun, confused by Karun’s sudden hatred, is unaware that Nitya is thankful Karun didn’t reveal the truth. She follows Karun, while Arjun ponders how to reconcile Kashvi and Karun.
Jagdish approaches Arjun, questioning Kashvi’s presence when she was supposed to be in Delhi. Arjun admits she’s there because of him, acknowledging that his mother dislikes Kashvi but insisting they are happy together. Jagdish asks about Karun, and Arjun resolves to find out why Karun hates Kashvi. He plans to keep this secret from his mother until Karun accepts Kashvi as his mother. Jagdish agrees and hopes for the best.
Back at the office, Arjun greets Kashvi, who immediately inquires about Karun. Arjun, unable to reveal Karun’s true feelings, lies, saying Karun reacted normally and didn’t have a panic attack. Excited, Kashvi anticipates finally meeting Karun and hearing him call her “Mamma.” Arjun, promising to arrange a meeting but urging patience, wants them to be a happy family. He then receives a call and leaves.
Dadi arrives, and Kashvi shares her excitement about meeting Karun. Dadi, happy for her, feeds her sweets and suggests they go meet him, confident it will be a pleasant surprise.
