Aditya reveals to Kamal his sinister plot to use his hatred against Arjun and Kashvi. He confesses that he initially lost track of Kamal’s whereabouts, but then contacts him to divulge a crucial detail: Arjun and Kashvi were previously married and have a son together, Karun, whom Aditya wanted Kamal to keep an eye on. Aditya instructs Kamal to kidnap Karun, ensuring that Arjun and Kashvi do not reunite with their son.
Aditya then elaborates on his grand scheme: to drive a permanent wedge between Arjun and Kashvi by orchestrating Karun’s disappearance and framing it as his death. He reminisces about Kamal providing him with medication to sedate Karun, and later, Kamal informing him of the successful kidnapping. Aditya then orders Kamal to lure Arjun to a secluded spot and shoot him, but Kamal hesitates, asserting his independence.
After calming himself, Aditya devises a new plan with Kamal’s cooperation. Kamal proposes that he ask Arjun to procure drugs, anticipating that Arjun will refuse, and Kashvi will offer to get them instead. Kamal questions Aditya’s request for a dummy of Karun’s face, which Aditya explains is to deceive Arjun and Kashvi as they bring fake drugs. He instructs Kamal to detonate a rigged car while escaping on a bike, lying low for a few days until Aditya joins him with the real drugs and arrangements to flee the country.
Aditya smugly reflects on the aftermath, confident that Arjun and Kashvi will remain estranged. Kamal, however, questions his own benefit from the scheme. Aditya, sensing Kamal’s greed, offers him money, a ticket, and a fake passport to escape. Kamal insists on the promised drugs, which Aditya assures him he will receive. As Karun regains consciousness, Aditya aims his gun at Kamal, demanding Karun’s release in exchange for the drugs.
Kamal reveals that Aditya’s father refused to hand over the drugs and ordered Karun’s execution. Karun, shocked and disheartened, questions his father’s love. Aditya manipulates the situation, claiming to care for Karun more than his own father does, and shoots Kamal, rescuing Karun.
He reassures Karun of his love and calls his officer to inform him of Kamal’s encounter and Karun’s rescue. Karun, now trusting only Aditya, expresses his gratitude and allegiance to him. Aditya, with a hidden agenda to drive a wedge between Kashvi and Arjun, believes his actions are justified.
Kashvi anxiously waits, wondering why Aditya hasn’t called yet. Suddenly, Aditya appears and beckons her to follow him. He asks her to close her eyes and guides her to Karun. Overwhelmed with emotion, Kashvi opens her eyes to see Karun standing before her.
The song “Yeh Hain Chahatein” plays in the background as Karun rushes into her arms, and they share a heartfelt hug. Tears stream down Kashvi’s face as she asks Karun if he is alright, unable to believe that he is safe. Karun assures her that he is fine, crediting his safety to “Uncle Aditya.”
Turning to Aditya, Kashvi pleads for every detail of Karun’s rescue. Aditya, however, suggests they revel in the moment first. He explains that his visit to the forensic lab revealed no human DNA in the blast sample, giving him hope that Karun was not involved.
Aditya kept this information from Kashvi to avoid giving her false hope. He narrates a fabricated story about finding Karun, expressing his relief upon seeing him safe. Grateful, Kashvi thanks him profusely, considering him a godsend who returned her son to her. She hugs and thanks Aditya, who, in his thoughts, reveals his ulterior motive of bringing Kashvi closer to him, relishing the moment as she embraces him.
Meanwhile, Divansh rushes to Arjun, revealing that Aditya has encountered Kamal and found Karun alive. Overwhelmed with shock and joy, Arjun races to the hotel where Kashvi and Karun are. Frantic, he asks the receptionist about Kashvi’s whereabouts and learns she’s in the banquet hall. Arjun bursts into the hall and is elated to see Karun.
He embraces and kisses his son, but Karun, remembering the recording, pushes him away, accusing him of wanting him dead. Kashvi and Aditya watch in shock as Karun expresses his hatred towards Arjun, believing that Arjun had ill intentions towards him.
