Aditya mentions that Karun has fallen asleep and asks Kashvi what she wants to do next. Kashvi responds that she doesn’t want to send Karun to Arjun, as she doesn’t trust him after what happened with Karun. Aditya reminds her that legally, Karun is still Arjun and Mahima’s son. Kashvi reveals she has a plan that will become clear tomorrow.
The next day, Arjun bakes a cake and asks Isha to put it in the oven. Shortly after, he receives a court notice and, furious, exclaims that he can’t believe Kashvi would do this to him. He tears up the papers. Jagdish advises that Kashvi is reasonable and will likely forgive him if he apologizes and explains his side. Encouraged, Arjun heads to Kashvi’s house with the cake, hoping to make amends. He presents the cake, noting that it’s Karun and Kashvi’s favorite.
Kashvi, however, demands he sign the custody papers and leave. Arjun insists he came to apologize and is even willing to do sit-ups in front of Karun to show his sincerity. Kashvi dismisses him, saying it’s too late.
Karun appears, angrily pushing Arjun away and telling him to stay away from his mother. Arjun tries to apologize and shows him the cake, but Karun violently throws it away and hits his head on the door in frustration. Kashvi urgently calls Aditya, who takes Karun away. Arjun, shocked and concerned, asks Kashvi what’s wrong with Karun. Kashvi explains that Karun is experiencing episodes and the doctor has indicated they are triggered by Arjun.
She recounts how the doctor said Karun reacted violently upon seeing his father’s photo and advised keeping him away from Arjun. Kashvi pleads with Arjun to relinquish custody so she can take care of Karun, insisting he’s not capable of doing so himself. Arjun, deeply saddened, leaves, glancing at the ruined cake. Kashvi also cries.
Back home, Arjun laments that everything is over. Jagdish calls Kashvi, expressing the family’s desire to meet Karun and suggesting she bring him home, assuring her that she can take his belongings without issue. Kashvi hesitates, citing Karun’s attacks when he sees Arjun.
Arjun promises he won’t appear in front of Karun, and Jagdish persuades her to bring him. Kashvi agrees reluctantly. Aditya, overhearing, questions her decision. Kashvi explains she doesn’t want Karun to be estranged from his family. Aditya insists on accompanying them, saying he can’t be away from Karun.
Later, they arrive at the Bajwa house. Jagdish picks up Karun, who tells him how much he missed him. Romila and the others shower Karun with affection. Keval gives him a gift, and Isha offers him cookies, which Karun happily declares are delicious.
Meanwhile, Mahima and Arjun watch from a distance. Aditya receives a call and suspects Arjun is avoiding Karun deliberately. He asks Kashvi to step outside. Kashvi complies, while Arjun, torn, wishes to see Karun but fears the consequences.
Mahima approaches Karun and asks if he has forgotten his Mamma, expressing how much she missed him before hugging him. Karun pushes her away, asserting she is not his real mother and that she had stolen him from his true Mamma.
He reveals that he knows everything now. Mahima insists it’s a lie, accusing Kashvi of poisoning Karun’s mind. She pleads, reminding him that she raised him, and asks for a hug. Karun resists, saying, “Leave me, you are not my Mamma.”
Mahima, claiming she is his mother and raised him, faces the crowd as they demand she stays away from Karun. Monty questions why she is troubling him, and Jagdish firmly tells her to stay back. Mahima, desperate, says everything will be fine if he just hugs her and promises him toys.
Arjun intervenes, telling Mahima to stop troubling Karun. He reassures Karun, calling him “Champ,” that no one will bother him. Karun, however, pushes Arjun away, stating he doesn’t want to see his face. Arjun apologizes, but Karun bites his hand and runs off.
