Kashvi apprehends Viraj, who threatens her with a gun. Unfazed, Kashvi warns him that his single shot will be met with many, overpowering him and alerting the police. Meanwhile, a doctor attends to Arjun’s hand, informing him that the bullet merely grazed it, and he can go home after a scan.
At the hospital, Mahima seeks out Dr. Lata, insisting on a private conversation. Concerned, Dr. Lata asks her to wait, but Mahima reveals her true intent—to protect herself. She cryptically mentions the baby switch incident involving Kashvi and warns Dr. Lata to leave town, offering a bribe. Dr. Lata, fearful, denies any involvement and agrees to leave.
Later, Kashvi informs Arjun that Viraj has been captured and the drugs seized, praising his successful mission. Encouraged, Arjun feels optimistic about life and their future, hoping to reunite with their son soon. They decide to consult Dr. Lata regarding their child.
Meanwhile, Aditya tries to mediate between Karun and Mahima, advising her to be kind to Karun to avoid straining their relationship and risking Arjun’s support. Mahima, realizing her mistake, apologizes to Karun and offers to make his favorite parathas, reconciling with him.
Arjun and Kashvi visit Dr. Lata but discover she has resigned and left. The doctor advises them to speak with HR. Arjun shares with Kashvi that he saw Mahima with Dr. Lata a few hours earlier. They head to the CCTV room, where Arjun uses his ID card to request the security guard to show them the footage.
Kashvi questions why they are watching this, to which Arjun responds, “I want to know why Mahima was here.” In the footage, they witness Mahima bribing and threatening Dr. Lata. Arjun concludes that Mahima came to ensure they couldn’t reach Dr. Lata.
Meanwhile, Aditya questions Mahima about Dr. Lata’s absence. Mahima confidently asserts that she has threatened Dr. Lata enough to ensure she won’t return. Aditya inquires if there is anyone else who could disclose Dr. Lata’s whereabouts, but Mahima denies it. He advises her to behave well with Karun, emphasizing that nobody should know Karun is not her biological child.
Arjun explains to Kashvi that Mahima delivered Karun in the same hospital where Kashvi is scheduled to deliver. He describes Mahima’s aggressive behavior towards Dr. Lata and suggests that Mahima might be keeping them away from their real child.
Despite Kashvi’s skepticism about Mahima swapping their baby, Arjun remains convinced of Mahima’s involvement. Kashvi reveals that she had found Mahira’s name in the records, mistakenly thinking Mahira’s son was hers. She suspects Mahima might have changed the name to mislead her. Arjun agrees that Mahima won’t easily reveal the truth.
Later, Arjun receives a call from Raunaq Sir, thanking him and inviting his family to an award ceremony where Arjun will be honored by the government for a successful mission. Arjun shares the good news with Jagdish and others, crediting Kashvi for her support.
Aditya, however, devises a plan, causing Mahima’s displeasure. Arjun extends an invitation to Aditya, thanking him for his understanding and support. Aditya pretends to be supportive and promises to attend, secretly plotting to sabotage Arjun’s happiness.
Kashvi informs Aditya that she has an important meeting at the office but faces water shortage at home. Aditya suggests she use Arjun’s bathroom and assures her he will handle Mahima. After Kashvi leaves, Aditya reveals his plan to Mahima, who agrees to cooperate.
He instructs her to allow Kashvi to use the bathroom but to remove all the towels. Mahima follows his instructions, causing Kashvi inconvenience. Aditya reflects that small misunderstandings can lead to significant problems and further schemes against Arjun and Kashvi.
