The episode starts with Abhira surprising Armaan with gifts. He smiles, delighted. She praises him for bringing the best into her life and says they will strengthen their bond. He opens a large box to find a heart-shaped balloon. She jokes and calls him “Dada ji,” asking if he wants to spend his boring life with her. He asks her to repeat herself, and she proposes again and again.
Armaan cries with happiness. She tells him not to spoil her proposal, instructing him to burst the balloon for his answer, as it contains rings for them. He agrees playfully and jokes about the rings being heavy. When she bursts the balloon, it reveals handcuffs instead of rings.
He laughs, surprised, and she explains she had no money or time to buy rings, so she used Madhav’s handcuffs. He laughs, asking who proposes with handcuffs. She threatens to leave if he keeps laughing, so he stops her, saying he won’t let her go and asks her to put the handcuffs on him.
They share a romantic moment, handcuffed together. He reassures her, saying his love will never end and she can ask for anything, even the moon, his heart, or his life. She says she wants something else and shows him jigsaw pieces of their picture.
She starts crying and hugs him. He asks what’s wrong and if she’s changed her mind. Abhira says no, explaining they have no pictures together. It’s a big deal to her, and she had to make a collage from their single photos. He promises they will take many pictures together. He notices she’s also crying and calls her mad for crying and laughing at once. She apologizes and says she wants to end every negativity so they can be happy together. He holds her close.
Ruhi creates a design and writes Armaan’s name on it. She looks at all the designs featuring his name, starts crying, and then tears up the papers. Meanwhile, an inspector arrives and scolds Abhira and Armaan for breaking the rules.
Inspector: “The guard called me. You have entered someone’s property without permission.”
Abhira: “The guard told us the rent is 5000 rupees and no one would bother us.”Inspector: “You bribed the guard to romance on private property. That’s illegal.”Abhira: “We are not cheap!”Armaan: “You are misunderstanding us.”
Inspector: “What you’re doing is wrong.”Armaan: “We are married.”Inspector: “Where is the sindoor and mangalsutra?”Armaan: “We forgot them. Sorry.”
Inspector: “Call your family or come to the police station.”Abhira: “You’re a big lawyer, and I just started practicing. 5000 rupees is a lot for me. The inspector just wants money from us.”
Armaan: “We are married.”Abhira: “You don’t know who my father is.”Armaan: “He’s my father too, your father-in-law.”Inspector: “Whoever he is, call him or I’ll arrest you.”
Vidya: “Did Abhira propose to Armaan?”Madhav: “Yes, he would be happy.”Abhira calls Madhav.Abhira: “Come and free us, please. The police have caught us.”Madhav: “What?”

Vidya: “Both of you, stop it.”Inspector: “Do they always fight like this?”Everyone: “Yes.”Armaan and Abhira continue to argue.Vidya: “Enough, both of you.”
Madhav arrives.Inspector greets Madhav: “Are they really your son and daughter-in-law?”Madhav: “Yes, sorry for the trouble.”Inspector: “I’m glad you came. They’ve given me a headache. I’ll go get some medicine.”
Abhira: “Papa, it wasn’t my mistake.”Kiara: “Did you two get back together?”Armaan: “We’re still married.”Manisha: “What?”Everyone smiles.Manoj: “Is this true?”Armaan: “Yes.”
Manisha and Manoj hug them.Charu: “I don’t hate you. I want my family to be happy. Everyone is happy because of you.”She hugs Abhira.
