The episode starts with Abhira bringing her bags downstairs. Armaan announces, “I’ve made a decision.” Seeing Abhira, he adds, “I am ready to marry Ruhi.” Everyone smiles, but Abhira stumbles, prompting Armaan to step forward in concern. Ruhi stops him, asking, “What happened?” The song “Just go to hell…” plays as Abhira leaves. Vidya declares, “I want the marriage to happen soon; I will prepare for it.”
Manish arrives, stating, “This engagement can’t happen; I don’t want the same thing to happen to Ruhi.” Dadi asserts, “Ruhi is my bahu; Abhira isn’t anyone.” Manish retorts, “No, she is nobody to you.” Dadi insists, “Ruhi stays here by her choice; she is ready for this marriage.” She asks Ruhi to tell Manish, but he cuts her off, saying, “Ruhi, I won’t listen to you.
” Turning to Armaan, he urges, “Think about what you are doing. Your relationship has ended, and now you want to marry again?” Dadi interjects, “I can guarantee Ruhi won’t misbehave like Abhira. Selfish and rude people have no place in our house.” Manish counters, “Then why is Sanjay living here?”
Sanjay, furious, grabs Manish by the collar. Chaos ensues as everyone tries to intervene, but Sanjay pushes them away, causing Ruhi to fall. Manish quickly asks, “Are you okay?” Dadi snaps, “Ruhi was fine before you came.” Manish demands, “Who is responsible for Kajal’s tears?” The argument between Manish and Dadi escalates. He accuses, “You don’t give your daughters-in-law the right to speak; you want them to be mute puppets.
” Dadi retorts, “And you ousted your daughter from your house.” Manish, emotional, recalls Akshu and cries, “You don’t know why she left. I chose Ruhi over my own daughter.” Dadi challenges, “Hasn’t anything similar happened in your family?” Manish insists, “Your daughters-in-law are not allowed to think for themselves.
” Dadi firmly states, “Yes, only my rules apply here. You must agree to Armaan and Ruhi’s alliance.” Manish vehemently refuses, “Never. I didn’t raise my daughter to live like a puppet. I won’t let her marry Armaan; she won’t be happy.”
Dadi insists, “Think carefully, it will happen as I want. I swear on Rohit, I will bring happiness to Ruhi. Ruhi and Armaan will get married, and no one can stop me.” She yells at Manish. Manish responds, “I can bow down to love, but not to anyone’s pride.” Dadi argues, “Ruhi and Armaan are perfect for each other.” Manish firmly says, “No.” Vidya tries to interject, “Abhira and Armaan…” Manish snaps, “For once, you’ve spoken the truth.” Ruhi asserts, “I want to marry Armaan.
” Manish warns, “No, you’ll understand too late.” Armaan chimes in, “Just for Ruhi’s sake.” Manish counters, “Ruhi, think if Armaan agreed out of some compulsion.” He leaves. Meanwhile, a broker shows a room to Abhira. She checks it and negotiates the rent. The man retorts, “If the hostel is better, go there.
” Abhira thinks, Armaan knows that hostel, I don’t want to see his face. The man demands rent. She points out, “This door doesn’t have a lock.” He dismisses her concerns, “Staff will come and go, we need the money, just block the door with your bag, no one will come.” He leaves, staring at her as she hears Armaan’s name.
Manish comes home and argues with Swarna. He says, “Armaan has wronged both Ruhi and Abhira.” Swarna defends, “He is a responsible guy. Think of Ruhi’s happiness, it’s with Armaan.
” Manish insists, “She will be alone and sorrowful if she stays with him. I won’t let them marry. Her fate will be filled with tears, not happiness.” Abhira sees the cheque book and cries. She tries to tear it, falling apart in despair.
