The episode starts with Abhira crying while talking to the client. Meanwhile, Ruhi and Armaan exchange rings. Armaan, seeing Abhira, feels guilty and unable to move on. Abhira, distracted, tries to check her case study but loses focus when she sees Armaan. He asks if she is alright, and she stammers, unable to explain. Ruhi then makes Armaan wear the ring, and everyone applauds.
Abhira, distressed, breaks a glass in her hand. Waiters rush over, and Armaan turns to see her, but Ruhi stops him, insisting he put the ring on her finger too. The client decides to reschedule the interview, scolding Abhira before leaving. Upset, she gets the bill, worries about the cost, pays it, and the waiter thanks her.
Vidya encourages Armaan to proceed, but he drops the ring. As Abhira passes by, the ring reaches her. Armaan retrieves it, and Ruhi becomes tense. Manish advises Ruhi that relationships should be based on trust, and questions if she is sure about the engagement, especially when Armaan and Abhira seem close. Ruhi looks uncertain.
Armaan cleans the ring and finally places it on Ruhi’s finger, apologizing for losing focus and promising it won’t happen again. Everyone claps as Abhira leaves. Dadi blesses Armaan and Ruhi, who then seek blessings from Manish and Suwarna, but Manish gives Armaan a stern look.
Abhira returns home feeling cold. She switches off the fan, closes the window, and starts wearing woollens. She cries, reflecting on her divorce from Armaan and his engagement to Ruhi. Trying to console herself, she says she’s just hungry, which is why she feels like crying. She checks her money and realizes she only has 20 rupees.
The cousins are traveling with Manisha and Manoj. They discuss Armaan and Abhira. Krish wonders what Abhira will do now that she’s all alone. Manoj admits he doesn’t understand the situation. As they pass a road, they don’t notice Abhira, who has gone to buy a pack of biscuits.
A man tells her some people are coming to distribute food and suggests she wait. She corrects him, saying he is mistaken. Armaan and Ruhi arrive to distribute the food. Ruhi thanks him and expresses her desire for everyone’s best wishes and blessings for them.
They hand out food boxes. The man takes one for Abhira, who notices Armaan and Ruhi’s names on it. She turns and sees them. Armaan also spots her and wonders why she’s among these people, thinking she might need money and deciding he needs to talk to her.
She gives the box and some coins to the man, who encourages her. She leaves. Ruhi asks Armaan what happened and if everything is fine, noticing he’s distracted. He sees his engagement ring and assures her he’s happy, though he seems worried. Abhira returns home and removes her excess woollens, then cries. Armaan arrives at her house.
