The episode begins with Abhira in tears, apologizing to Akshu. Armaan arrives and teasingly asks if she’s here to scold him, inviting her to join him in the frame so she can scold him properly. He opens his arms, signaling her to come, and she hugs him, crying. Armaan reassures her that they will plan something together, but she feels it’s already ruined.
He insists he can fix it, but she declines, feeling he already does so much for her. He mentions that Akshu was not only her mother but also his mentor, and he wants to make the day special in her honor. Abhira smiles, then accidentally falls back. Armaan offers his hand to help her up, but she refuses, stating he’s not her boss.
He jokingly calls her mad and insists she go while he fixes the frame. Abhira decides to find out who made the frame. Meanwhile, Manish questions a man about the order details, learning that a girl placed the order but a guy picked it up. As Manish turns to look, a woman takes the camera and leaves. Suwarna calls Manish to come home, and he leaves.
Abhira arrives and asks about the photo frame exchange, wanting to know the other person’s name. The man informs her that the person has just left. She desperately tries to stop Manish, even approaching someone else, claiming to be Akshara Sharma’s daughter, but the person denies it. Manish drives off, leaving Abhira behind. Back home, Manish argues with Surekha and Suwarna, expressing his desire for a fresh start on Ruhi’s birthday, believing it will help her cope with missing Akshu. Abhira sees Akshu’s picture and tearfully wishes her.
Armaan presents a noodle cake, explaining he couldn’t bake a cake but offering her a wish. She wishes for her mother’s return, but Armaan consoles her, saying Akshu is always with her as a blessing. She then wishes for Armaan and asks how they’ll eat the noodle cake, to which he produces forks. They eat, and she thanks him. Abhira wonders if her mother has a connection with Udaipur and leaves, while Armaan promises to make her smile the next day.
The next morning, Manish looks at Akshu’s picture, and Surekha informs him that he had the photo frame made again. Suwarna expresses her concern, but Manish remains determined. Ruhi enters, and Manish decides to start the puja with a bhajan. As the bhajan plays, Ruhi and Abhira listen, with Abhira feeling a sense of familiarity with the voice.
Ruhi interrupts, expressing her anger towards Akshu. Manish pleads with Ruhi to forgive Akshu and unite the family. Ruhi feels her love is always insufficient, but Manish reassures her. She decides to leave, accidentally splashing red color on Akshu’s picture. Manish explains to Ruhi and asks her to forgive Akshu, but Ruhi insists she doesn’t want to be there and leaves. Pandit informs Manish that he forgot the picture there.
Abhira, at the temple, receives a call from Armaan, who tells her about a surprise birthday celebration for her mother. She smiles, but upon returning, she discovers the photo frame missing and begins searching for it.
Abhira continues to search for the missing photo frame, unaware of Dadi’s disapproval of her receiving a surprise after their previous altercation. Armaan defends Abhira, highlighting the significance of her mother’s birthday and his intention to support her. Abhira receives a call from Armaan, who instructs her to reach a specific address for the surprise. Despite initially hesitating and claiming she needs to go to the office, Armaan persuades her to join the celebration.
Meanwhile, Manish reflects on Ruhi’s reaction and his desire to reunite the family in honor of Akshu’s birthday. He receives a call from Madhav, who informs him that there is no news about Akshu’s whereabouts after she left Kasauli. Disheartened by the lack of information, Manish remains hopeful and asks Madhav to keep him updated.
Back at the temple, Abhira realizes the photo frame is missing and frantically searches for it. She is determined to find it before joining the birthday surprise for her mother.
