The episode starts with Ruhi bringing a drunken Armaan home. Vidya and everyone else are worried. Dadi asks if Armaan drank, and Ruhi nods while crying. Manish tells Ruhi to come home, saying her Bidaai will happen from that house. Ruhi protests, asking how she can leave Armaan and go.
Dadi reassures her, saying they will take care of Armaan, and it’s just a matter of one night before she returns for good. Manish takes Ruhi along, while Krish and Manoj take Armaan to his room.
Dadi overhears Armaan murmuring Abhira’s name and decides to talk to him later. Armaan suddenly gets up and accuses Dadi of cheating him. Dadi tells him he’s drunk, but Armaan continues, accusing her of breaking his marriage with Abhira and violating his promise and relationship.
Dadi argues that true relationships have no expiry date. Armaan demands to know who gave her the right to break his relationship. Dadi insists it was necessary because Madhav and Vidya’s relationship was at risk due to Abhira. Armaan angrily accuses her of lying and says she had a deal with Abhira to bring Madhav and Vidya closer and could have done this earlier.
Dadi blames all the problems on Abhira. Armaan argues that he never saw his parents smile and no one in the family was happy. He never discussed these issues, but Abhira challenged them, hurting Dadi’s ego. He declares that he will reveal the truth: they are all frauds and don’t deserve to be called lawyers.
Dadi shouts at Armaan, but he continues, apologizing yet insisting they have all insulted Abhira and made her cry. He admits he has hurt her the most, feeling like a loser despite being the college topper. He regrets hating Abhira because of Dadi’s influence, declaring her wrong.
Dadi retorts, asking why Abhira keeps returning for insults if she has self-esteem. Armaan demands an answer. Dadi recalls Abhira’s words and reveals that Abhira loves him. Armaan corrects her, calling her by name and saying Abhira is mad to love him and the entire family.
He confronts Dadi’s misunderstanding of people, explaining that Abhira was trying to improve their relationships genuinely while Dadi wanted a fake happy family image. He laments that Abhira was the perfect daughter-in-law and he will never get her back. Dadi suggests that Armaan is upset because he also loves Abhira. Armaan reflects on his feelings for Abhira.
Maina Socha Bhi Na Tha…plays in the background. Armaan stumbles and sits back, tears streaming down his face. Abhira says, “I will go to Mussoorie forever. How will I stay here? I don’t think they will let me work here. Ruhi and Armaan might come in front of me, and Armaan doesn’t love me.” She holds Matarani’s chunri and says, “Don’t confuse me, I know he doesn’t love me.”
Ruhi drops the bangles as Manish and everyone else arrive. Manish says, “Don’t marry Armaan.” Ruhi counters, “The cards are distributed, and the preparations are done.” Manish responds, “Really? You want to marry just because of that?” Suwarna adds, “I can’t be happy because Armaan got drunk the night before his wedding.” Ruhi defends him, “He doesn’t drink, don’t make it a big issue. I was with him.” Suwarna insists, “He wasn’t happy at the Sangeet either.” Ruhi argues, “He is happy.”
Manish says, “We can see you won’t be happy with him.” Ruhi then shows them a video of Armaan praising her, saying, “I have the ideal partner qualities. Stop it now, we will be very happy.” Manish replies, “I hope it happens as you say, but I don’t want to give you false hope. Make your heart strong. You love him and want to marry him, but you will know tomorrow what’s really in his heart.”
Armaan gets up, and Dadi tries to stop him. He says, “I have to talk to Abhira,” and leaves.
