The episode begins with Armaan bringing Ruhi home, followed by Madhav suggesting they perform an aarti for the new daughter-in-law. Dadi expresses concerns about Abhira always causing trouble and disrupting their peace, suggesting they do her aarti instead to end their troubles.
Abhira, overhearing this, retorts that she’s not much hurt, implying that those who take the tough path get hurt, unlike those on the wrong path who remain unscathed. She then heads inside the house and, while climbing the stairs, she trips and falls. Armaan quickly catches her, much to everyone’s surprise. He then carries her upstairs, despite her protests, citing her recent injury and the family’s worry.
Meanwhile, Sanjay questions whether Armaan should be handling Abhira’s case, suggesting that she’s playing on his sympathy to win the case. This sparks an argument between Madhav and Sanjay. Armaan, busy cutting veggies and talking on the phone, is interrupted by Ruhi offering to make noodles. However, he insists that Abhira will only eat if he prepares it and asks Ruhi not to add to his worries, apologizing for his statement.
Sanjay remarks to Maasa that Armaan is too preoccupied with being the ideal husband to have time for other matters, suggesting that he might even send Maasa to jail. Abhira overhears this and looks concerned. Dadi notices and when Armaan arrives, he helps Abhira with her slippers, reminding her to be careful and revealing that she almost stepped on broken glass earlier. He then notices Dadi and Sanjay observing them.
Armaan then encourages Sanjay to adopt a more modern and equal perspective in marriage, citing Abhira’s courage as an inspiration. Dadi, however, reminds him to respect his elders. Armaan apologizes and assures Dadi that he won’t forget Ruhi and his meeting with Manav.
Later, in his room, Armaan sees Abhira struggling to zip up her dress and tries to help, but she rebukes him for his lack of manners. He covers her back with a dupatta and calls Ruhi for help. Ruhi assists Abhira, while Armaan excuses himself to meet Manav.
At Manav’s place, everyone is waiting for Armaan, discussing eating kachoris if he doesn’t arrive. Manish, supportive of Ruhi, suggests introducing her to Manav. As Armaan enters, he begins to feel dizzy and collapses.
Manav catches him, and everyone is concerned. Meanwhile, Vidya brings noodles for Abhira, who expresses sorrow over forgetting Armaan’s meeting with Manav and suggests Ruhi needs to move on. Vidya, emotional, leaves, and Abhira, realizing her mistake, tries to focus on work. She discovers a paper with Dadi’s statement and signature, revealing that Armaan hid a major mistake of Dadi’s from her.
