The episode begins with Naveli insisting that Hetal drink a bitter juice, hiding under the bed to observe. When Hetal drinks the juice and spits it out, Naveli laughs, leading Hetal to become angry with Pranali and Dolly. Naveli then explains that the bitterness of the juice is similar to how kids perceive bitter gourd.
Hetal decides to send Naveli to a hostel, but Naveli protests, suggesting she be sent to Bittu instead. Golu tries to scare Naveli, but she remains adamant. Hetal, frustrated, asks Golu to call Dhawal. Naveli, feeling hurt, starts crying. Pranali, noticing Naveli’s distress, inquires about her injury. Naveli shares her feelings of neglect, claiming that nobody has time for her. Pranali, feeling guilty, promises to take care of her and reassures her that she won’t be sent away.
As Dhawal arrives, Naveli, overwhelmed, faints. Dhawal catches her, and Pranali instructs him to take her to her room.
Pranali checks on Naveli and notices she has a high fever. Dhawal suggests giving her medicine, assuring that she will be fine. Meanwhile, Pranali takes care of Naveli. While being looked after, Naveli shares about Bittu, and Pranali examines a drawing, which Naveli reveals is a surprise for Bittu. Pranali then promises to get noodles for Naveli, who eagerly anticipates meeting Bittu soon.
In another scene, Natasha gathers a few things from her store while a man tries to stop her. Naveli, excited about meeting Bittu, asks when they will go. Pranali assures her they will go soon but mentions needing to take Raunak to the hospital first. Naveli then jokingly suggests using onions to get a fever.
Meanwhile, Shantanu declares his refusal to marry and tears up a girl’s picture. Pranali, concerned, checks Naveli’s fever and calls Dhawal, deciding they need to take her to the hospital. Another lady talks about Bittu, and Natasha leaves with Shantanu despite the man warning her about possible arrest for harboring a stranger.
Back with Naveli, she persists in asking for Bittu, but Dhawal advises her to calm down and let the doctor treat her. Elsewhere, Bittu expresses a desire to visit Naveli, and Taai suggests waiting for Shaanu to come and take her there. Eventually, Naveli receives treatment and expresses missing Bittu, insisting on seeing her. The doctor suggests allowing her to meet Bittu, believing it will help her recover.
Meanwhile, Shantanu tries to console a crying Bittu, telling her they can’t go to Naveli. Naveli, still curious about Bittu, is assured by Pranali that Dhawal will find out about her. Natasha, determined, climbs out a window to go to Naveli, but Shantanu stops her, explaining they can’t go. Natasha, upset, expresses her desire to be with Naveli.
Dhawal, in the meantime, searches the bag and finds a number, which he calls. The man on the other end suggests Shantanu apply sindoor to Bittu, and Dhawal decides to make a video call.
