Anupama inquires about Shruti’s well-being, and Shruti responds that she is feeling better. Anupama acknowledges that the decision to allow her to come here must have been difficult for Shruti. Shruti reassures her that it wasn’t easy for her either.
Anupama expresses her intention not to come between them, to which Shruti emphasizes that Aadhya is important to all of them. Anupama agrees, adding that she will prepare herbal remedies (kadas) to help Shruti recover soon. Anuj, observing their interaction, feels hopeful that everything will be fine now.
Toshu is shocked to learn that Anupama visited Anuj’s house and deems her to be a bearer of bad news. Kinjal reminds him that Choti needs their mother now. Toshu speculates that Anupama intends to win Anuj back. Kinjal is taken aback by his assumption, questioning how he could speak in such a manner. Toshu argues that no girlfriend would ask her partner to bring his ex-wife. Kinjal reveals that it was Shruti who asked Anuj to bring Anupama.
Toshu refuses to believe it, expressing shame in calling Anupama his mother. Kinjal retorts, saying he may not feel as ashamed as she does to call him her husband. Angered, Toshu wonders what Anupama Joshi will do next.
Anuj tells Anupama that he’ll show her to her room and expresses surprise at how strange life can be. Anupama responds, saying she never imagined she would encounter him again. Aadhya arrives and questions Anupama’s presence. Anuj explains that Anupama has come for Aadhya. Aadhya, however, insists that she leave.
Anupama clarifies that she has come for Shruti, seeking permission to care for her. Aadhya, taken aback, says she was unaware of this. Anupama explains that she felt guilty for Shruti’s injury and requested permission from Aadhya’s father to care for her.
She acknowledges the presence of a nurse but insists she can offer special care, including preparing Shruti’s favorite food, to aid in her recovery. Anupama offers to send food for Shruti if Aadhya prefers to care for her herself, but she asks for the chance to prove herself. Despite her mistrust, Aadhya agrees to let Anupama care for Shruti.
After Aadhya leaves, Anupama admits to Anuj that she lied to gain permission, motivated by her guilt and desire to care for Aadhya. Anuj, however, reveals that he called her not for Shruti but for their “Choti” (presumably Aadhya).
Anupama explains that she cannot ignore someone in need, as it goes against her nature. Aadhya calls for Anuj, and Anupama encourages him to go, pondering why she feels so unsettled, perhaps due to her sudden stay in the house.
Babu ji regrets that if Vanraj had agreed, Dimpy and Titu wouldn’t have wasted five years. Baa expresses doubt about Titu. Vanraj escorts Anupama to her room, where she notices mogra flowers scattered all around. She comments that even the guest room is decorated beautifully.
He reassures her, saying not to think of herself as a guest. She insists that she should remind herself of that fact. Vanraj acknowledges that it must be difficult for her to stay with Aadhya. Anupama admits that leaving Aadhya was also very hard for her. Anuj feels selfish for asking Anupama to come for Aadhya. Anupama reciprocates, saying she’s also selfish for coming, as it was for Aadhya and Shruti.
Anuj mentions he has some work and needs to leave. Anupama asks him to promise he will return. He agrees and steps out, asking Kanha ji to set everything right.
Yashdeep informs them that he has to take care of the hotel’s closing work. He decides to pay the employees their salaries and give them one month’s advance, ensuring they have jobs until then. Beeji praises him for being considerate, comparing him to Anupama. Yashdeep admits he’s like her and says anyone else would have asked him to keep the money.
Beeji emphasizes the importance of relationships. She suggests they should go to Punjab whenever they want, but until then, Yashdeep should express his love to Anupama. She persuades him, and Anupama thinks about Aadhya’s words.
Dimpy intends to share good news with Anupama but can’t connect via phone. Kavya suggests she message Anupama, adding that Vanraj, having won, is unlikely to interfere.
Dimpy expresses her desire for Anuj and Anupama to attend her wedding, also mentioning feeling sorry for Titu. Kavya notes that two of Titu’s big dreams will come true: Dimpy and his family.
Later, Anupama knocks on Aadhya’s door, who is painting and not hearing her. Aadhya scolds Anupama for entering without knocking. Anupama offers food, explaining she made it considering Aadhya’s strong medications per her father’s instructions.
Anupama accidentally falls on the paint, apologizes, and offers to clean it. Aadhya asks her to leave and close the door. Anupama reflects on the challenges of handling a teenage child.
