Harini queries the doctor about informing Ishaan and Savi of her awakening from the coma and if they are on their way. The doctor confirms they are en route. Savi and Ishaan hasten towards Harini’s room, inadvertently colliding. Their gaze locks momentarily, which delights Harini. Regaining composure, they approach Savi, who emotionally embraces Harini.
Harini reassures Savi, mentioning that her aunt is now completely normal. Overwhelmed, Savi credits her prayers for Harini’s recovery, unable to fathom that her aunt is truly back. Harini playfully pinches her. Ishaan inquires about Harini’s well-being, to which she responds gratefully, attributing her recovery to him and Savi, and expressing her thanks. Ishaan deflects her gratitude.
Harini praises his unwavering support, considering him a savior in Savi’s life, recalling how he fulfilled his promise by marrying Savi. Ishaan is reminded of Savi’s anger, her calling him her family’s murderer, her leaving his house, and his subsequent decision to divorce her.
Harini appreciates Ishaan’s consistent support for Savi, emphasizing her gratitude. Referring to him as her brother-in-law, she thanks him, prompting Ishaan to downplay her thanks. Meanwhile, Reeva feels disheartened witnessing their exchange through a glass door. Ishaan exits the room to speak with the doctor.
Harini inquires about Savi and Ishaan’s marital life, mentioning Surekha’s initial anger. Savi remembers Surekha’s outburst, her eviction order, and Yashwant’s intervention. She explains Surekha’s anger and eviction demand, countered by Yashwant’s intervention.
Ishaan seeks an update on Harini’s health from the doctor, who confirms her stable condition but advises caution. Harini asks about the post-wedding rituals and the reception. Savi recalls the dramatic incidents, including Swati’s disruptive behavior at the reception, confirming that both events occurred.
Harini questions if Ishaan is tutoring her at home and if her final exams are over. Savi, overwhelmed, recalls her public humiliation and expulsion from college, becoming emotional. Reeva returns home to the Bhosale house, visibly shaken. The family immediately bombards her with questions about her whereabouts and Ishaan’s location. Reeva reveals that Ishaan is with Savi, and to make matters worse, Harini has come out of her coma.
Surekha comments that Harini’s recovery is a positive development because now Savi won’t be able to use Harini’s condition to disturb Ishaan. Swanand questions the positivity in this situation, fearing that Harini might emotionally manipulate Ishaan into staying in his marriage with Savi, potentially breaking Reeva’s heart again. Swati expresses her frustration, feeling that her daughter’s life is being ruined once more.
Yashwant intervenes, assuring everyone that he won’t allow Savi and her sister to enter the house, preventing any such emotional manipulation. Chinmay, however, argues that despite others’ attempts to break them apart, Savi and Ishaan are destined to be together. Yashwant interrupts him sharply, but Chinmay stands by his belief, stating that Savi and Ishaan’s bond is strong and unbreakable.
Meanwhile, Savi calls Shukla to share the news of Harini’s recovery. Shukla responds positively, saying that with time, things will improve. Savi, however, expresses her urgent need for his help, as she can’t leave Harini in a tea shop and requests him to arrange a rented room for them. Shukla agrees to help.
Later, Ishaan and Savi discuss how to handle Harini. Ishaan, haunted by the fear of losing Reeva again, insists that they must lie to Harini for now, fearing that the truth could shock her back into a coma. Savi challenges his tendency to lie, suggesting that he does it to mask his guilt. Ishaan defends his stance, stating that lying is sometimes necessary. Savi counters, arguing that lies are temporary and that Harini is stronger than Ishaan thinks, implying that the truth should be told.
Ishaan insists on being practical and not stressing Harini. Savi questions how he will take them to his house. Yashwant calls, and Ishaan’s phone falls, inadvertently switching on the speaker. Yashwant reminds Ishaan about his and Reeva’s engagement, urging him to hurry home. Savi, feeling betrayed, thinks Ishaan was eager for engagement even before divorcing her, merely wanting to rid himself of her. Ishaan, knowing the truth would hurt Harini, asks Savi to keep quiet and walks away. Reeva cries, remembering Ishaan proposing to her but marrying Savi. Surekha suggests she marry Ishaan again. Shikha approaches Reeva, concerned.
