The episode begins with Shrishti questioning Anirudh about his statement, asking if Jhanak had done something wrong. Anirudh, unwilling to discuss it, brushes off the topic. Choton intervenes, reminding Anirudh that Jhanak is a guest and deserves respect. He defends Jhanak’s presence, emphasizing that although Anirudh brought her, it doesn’t give him the right to scold her. Jhanak, sensing the tension, politely requests them to continue the ritual.
Vinayak, concerned about Anirudh’s behavior, advises him not to insult Jhanak, as it would reflect poorly on them. He expresses disappointment, saying that such behavior is unexpected from Anirudh. Meanwhile, Shubh and Tanuja proceed with the ritual, showcasing an array of jewelry. Shrishti remarks that Arshi doesn’t wear so much jewelry, to which Shubh responds by emphasizing that they will still gift her jewelry, as the wedding is still on. He praises Arshi and presents her with gifts, including diamond bangles. Tanuja compliments Shubh’s choice, and blesses Arshi.
Shrishti then invites Lal and Bipasha to perform the ritual, which they gladly do, presenting gifts to Arshi. However, Appu, showing reluctance, refuses to participate, expressing dislike towards Arshi and stating that he doesn’t love her. Shrishti, undeterred, asks Jhanak to dance, initially declining but eventually giving in to Shrishti’s insistence. Jhanak performs a graceful dance to the tune of “Mann Mohana.”
As Jhanak dances, Anirudh notices her bleeding foot, hinting at a deeper, more emotional moment to come.
Everyone applauds for Jhanak. Anirudh notices Jhanak‘s bleeding foot and says, “Choton, Jhanak’s foot is bleeding.” Choton expresses disappointment, “You used to walk a path I was proud of. Now, I’m ashamed. I might be poor, but I still have my humanity.
You’ve lost yourself.” Shrishti adds, “If only you had explored other dance forms, not just classical. Variety is the spice of life; no one enjoys the same dance repeatedly.” Jhanak defends her choice, “Why should I learn? This isn’t my career goal.” Shrishti argues back.
Vinayak intervenes, “I truly enjoyed your dance; it was captivating.” Jhanak reminisces, “If mom were here, she would have blessed you. As a token of her blessing, please accept this gift.” She presents a diamond ring. The gesture surprises everyone. Jhanak explains, “Please, it’s a small token. I’m happy you’ve honored my mom.” Arshi, intrigued, asks about the ring’s origin.
Bipasha notes its value, prompting Jhanak to admit, “It’s modest compared to Arshi’s worth. I bought it with my savings.” Lal and Dadi inquire further. Jhanak clarifies, “No, I didn’t take money from Anirudh. I withdrew it from my account.” She looks at Shrishti as she explains. Arshi accepts the ring but offers to return it if Jhanak ever needs it. Jhanak refuses, hoping they won’t compel her to take back her mother’s blessings. She wishes for Arshi and Anirudh’s eternal happiness.
Anirudh notices Jhanak’s bleeding foot, which has left a mark on the carpet. Appu quickly suggests getting medicine. Arshi is surprised at Anirudh’s observation. He explains that he saw the blood on the carpet. Jhanak assures everyone that she will clean the wound herself, but Anirudh offers to fetch a bandage. Choton insists on taking care of Jhanak and suggests Anirudh go for the photo session.
Later, Anirudh and Arshi pose for photos while Choton tends to Jhanak. She refuses a bandage, but Anirudh continues to watch her. Vinayak offers to get the bandage, and Jhanak, noticing Anirudh and Arshi’s gaze, insists on managing herself. Choton, affectionately, tells Jhanak that her life is about to change and blesses her with fame.
Vinayak returns with the first aid, and Jhanak, feeling touched, asks him not to touch her feet. Choton playfully compares Jhanak to a mother figure, expressing that it’s no shame to touch a mother’s feet. As he administers the aid, Jhanak and Anirudh share a meaningful look.
