The episode begins with Naveli waking up in fear. She sees Natasha and hugs her tightly before falling back asleep. Natasha wakes up and smiles warmly at Naveli sleeping peacefully. Meanwhile, Dhawal is on his way, lost in thoughts of the past.
Amba assures him that they will bring Amrish back, but Dhawal expresses his belief that their child can never replace Amrish. Amba, tearfully, tells him that she still holds onto hope for Amrish’s return, especially since tomorrow is Amrish’s birthday and also Natasha’s due date. She emotionally adds that they will have a son, before leaving. Natasha watches silently, understanding the weight of the moment.
Natasha agrees with Amba, saying that Amrish loved Dhawal deeply and will surely return. She suggests naming their son Naval and, if it’s a girl, Naveli. Dhawal is incredulous at Natasha’s apparent lack of compassion, declaring he will never forgive her, and he crushes a glass in his hand. Shocked, Natasha questions why he’s upset, noting his lack of happiness. Dhawal abruptly leaves as Natasha goes into labor. Flashback ends.
Later, Hetal criticizes Pranali for oversalting the food. Chirag mentions Dhawal’s absence, prompting Bhaven to emphasize the importance of him signing a crucial document. Chirag remarks on Dhawal’s changed behavior since Natasha’s departure, lamenting that he seems to have forgotten the value of their family bond, now focusing solely on work and Golu.
Hetal, incensed, attributes Dhawal’s current demeanor to guilt over Natasha’s actions, urging them to locate her and support her without mentioning her to avoid tarnishing Amrish’s reputation.
Natasha decides to lift Naveli’s spirits and is joined by Shantanu. They take Naveli to a store, where she expresses her disapproval of stealing. However, a man at the store reassures her, saying it’s all hers to take and enjoy. Overwhelmed, Naveli asks if everything is for her, and Natasha confirms with a nod.
Meanwhile, Dolly advises against talking to Hetal, who has been in a bad mood lately, fearing she might complain to Dhawal about them. The driver arrives and informs them that Dhawal has left for Mumbai. Concerned, Hetal questions why and if anything has happened to Golu. The driver reveals that Dhawal is at the police station.
At the station, the inspector updates Dhawal about Golu’s situation, warning that next time, he will put them in jail. Dhawal receives a call from Hetal, who is worried about Golu being at the police station. Golu, however, lies to Hetal, blaming Naveli for the situation.
Hetal urges Dhawal to retrieve her son and issues a stern warning. Dhawal instructs the boys to offer an apology to the inspector. Golu and his friends comply. Angered, Hetal confronts Naveli, venting her frustration by throwing objects. Dhawal exits, reminiscing about the past. Meanwhile, anticipation builds for Natasha’s baby, with Amba expressing optimism about Amrish’s return.
Natasha delivers a baby girl, stunning Amba. However, Amba refuses to accept the baby, convinced that Amrish’s death at Natasha’s hands complicates matters. Distraught, she cries, questioning how Amrish could return given the circumstances. Dhawal, recalling his deceased brother, expresses remorse and vows to cherish his memory.
In a flashback, Dhawal recalls a moment with his teacher, who reprimands Golu. She advises him to check on Naveli, leading Dhawal to believe Naveli has feelings for Golu. Natasha refers to Naveli as her best friend, prompting a smile from Naveli.
