Kashvi reveals her plan, stating she’ll wait until Jagdish uncle is freed to confess her love to Arjun. Aditya overhears and vows to prevent their union, seeing an opportunity to tarnish their names amidst his father’s troubles. Kashvi, unaware of Aditya’s scheme, hears Kaju’s words about Arjun’s love with joy. Aditya, frustrated, leaves.
Meanwhile, Rimi, at the orphanage, decides not to attend court and plans to flee with her son. Kashvi confronts her, anticipating her betrayal, and decides to keep the boy safe, considering it a security deposit. Rimi, fearful of repercussions, requests police protection and agrees to give her statement in court while keeping her identity concealed due to her influential clients. Kashvi agrees to her terms.
She enters the courtroom and approaches Arjun, inquiring if he’s prepared to take Uncle Jagdish home. She then shares news about Rimi. Arjun, surprised, asks why she hadn’t informed him earlier. She explains that she kept him out of the investigation because he’s Jagdish’s son.
Arjun praises her, acknowledging that she’s saved him and will do the same for his father. He expresses relief that his dad will soon be home. Arjun suggests meeting afterward to finish their conversation, hinting at her unspoken feelings. Kashvi smiles and heads into the courtroom.
In court, Jagdish’s lawyer reveals to the Judge that Jagdish is being framed. Rimi enters veiled and insists that her testimony will be truthful. Kashvi, called as a witness, claims to be the commanding officer of the case, though she remains veiled, stating it’s Rimi’s wish.
When Rimi unveils, displaying her injuries, she accuses Kashvi of coercion and violence, alleging Kashvi wanted her to testify falsely in Jagdish’s favor. Kashvi denies these allegations, prompting Jagdish to accuse Rimi of lying.
Kashvi counters by claiming that Rimi’s son is in her care, and she won’t halt his adoption process. However, Rimi denies having a son, and when her alleged son is called to identify her, he denies her as his mother. Rimi then signals to Aditya, who remembers witnessing Kashvi taking a glass from Rimi’s house. Rimi explains that Kashvi is pressuring her to lie and avoid jail time.
Aditya reveals that Kashvi plans to use Rimi as a witness to uncover the person who framed Jagdish. To thwart Kashvi, Aditya bribes orphanage staff to claim the boy is Rimi’s son, setting up a false narrative. The plan is for Rimi to stage a dramatic confrontation with Kashvi in court.
