The episode opens with the doctor informing that Aditya has internal bleeding in his head, slipping into a coma. Shanti overhears this and is shocked, unsure of what to do next. Meanwhile, Mahima tells Romila that Arjun and Kashvi are likely hiding something. Romila ponders over how to find out the truth while Aditya remains in a coma.
Kashvi and Arjun sit on a bench, where Kashvi feels guilty and tearful over Aditya’s condition. Arjun consoles her, telling her not to blame herself for something she couldn’t have foreseen. He reminds her of Aditya’s past crimes and expresses his belief that Aditya deserves punishment. Shanti overhears this conversation and is perplexed by Kashvi’s self-blame and Arjun’s accusations against Aditya.
Kashvi acknowledges Aditya’s wrongdoings but asserts that he didn’t deserve to be in a coma. She confesses that Aditya got trapped in the car because she had handcuffed him to the steering wheel. Arjun tries to comfort her, but she accuses him of being insensitive and lacking humanity. Arjun defends himself, revealing that he saved Aditya with the same hand Aditya had injured. Shanti is shocked by this revelation.
A nurse arrives and hands over Aditya’s phone to them. Shanti realizes that all their conspiracies and phone records might be on his phone. She decides she needs to protect herself from any incriminating evidence on the phone.
Later, Raunaq Sir visits the hospital and inquires about Aditya’s condition. The doctor explains that it’s uncertain when Aditya might come out of his coma—it could be today, tomorrow, or even take months or years. Kashvi insists on staying with Aditya. Arjun pulls her aside and questions her actions, stating that Aditya doesn’t deserve her care or love.
He offers to talk to Raunaq Sir on her behalf. However, Kashvi explains that she cannot arrest Aditya while he is in a coma, as the law prohibits arresting an injured and unconscious person. Arjun is taken aback by this, but Kashvi stands firm, emphasizing her refusal to be as callous as Arjun.
Arjun, determined to uncover the truth, decides that even Aditya’s coma won’t protect him. Shanti, on the other hand, attempts to access Aditya’s phone to protect herself from being implicated. When Arjun discovers her, she manages to hide and watches as he investigates the phone, unaware that she has a separate basic phone provided by Aditya that Arjun is not aware of. Shanti, feeling secure, destroys the sim card, confident that Arjun can no longer reach her.
Mahima offers Karun some imported chocolate, but Karun declines, citing Shanti aunty’s advice against eating chocolate. Despite this, he agrees to go with Mahima. Mahima, feeling resentful towards Shanti, decides to scheme against her. Meanwhile, the doctor informs Kashvi that there has been no improvement in Aditya’s condition. He asks if she wants to continue treatment at the hospital or take him home and hire a nurse for round-the-clock care, mentioning that the hospital bill is now 5 lakhs.
Arjun inquires about her decision, and Kashvi decides to take Aditya home and arrange for a nurse, expressing her determination to care for him. Arjun, shocked by her decision, reminds her of Aditya’s past actions, suggesting that he may be manipulating her. However, Kashvi insists that Aditya is still her husband, and she will oversee his discharge and care.
Meanwhile, Romila asks the family if they have seen her missing necklace, but no one has. Arjun arrives, and Romila shares her suspicion of theft. Arjun advises her to search thoroughly, prompting Mahima to question if she has checked everywhere. Romila admits she hasn’t checked Shanti’s room. Shanti, defending her integrity, allows them to search. Romila and Mahima search the room but are shocked when they can’t find the necklace. Shanti then reveals she has the necklace, surprising them all.
