Karun comes home from school and sees Mahima trying to hang herself. He shouts in alarm. Romila rushes in, quickly removing the rope from Mahima’s neck. Karun, deeply concerned, offers her water. Mahima refuses and starts crying.
Meanwhile, Kashvi arrives at the office. Jagdish, clearly upset, asks where she was, informing her that the honor ceremony is over and Arjun received the certificate. Arjun appears, proudly showing his certificate. Kashvi congratulates him, saying he has fulfilled their father’s dream. Arjun responds that it was their dream too and asks if she’s okay since she seems worried. Kashvi reveals she saw Rimi with Shanti in the market. Arjun and Jagdish are shocked.
Kashvi suggests that if Shanti is involved with Rimi, she might be part of the case. Jagdish agrees, mentioning his suspicions about Shanti and that he has informed Aditya, who promised to investigate. Kashvi is surprised Aditya didn’t inform her. Arjun suggests they go to the police.
Later, Mahima tries to turn Karun against Kashvi and Arjun, telling him that Kashvi had eloped after marrying Arjun. Mahima claims she then married Arjun and Karun was born. She insists that his father makes her look bad and that she only acted out of feeling betrayed. She assures Karun of her love, and he reciprocates, saying, “I love you, Mamma.” Mahima replies, “I love you too.”
Elsewhere, Shanti serves tea to a nurse and starts a countdown. The nurse soon faints. Shanti thinks to herself that Kashvi is suspicious of her, and she needs to find any evidence against her.
She opens the cupboard and finds the pendrive in the locker. Kashvi and Arjun arrive at the police station and inform the police about seeing Rimi in the market with Shanti. They head to Kashvi’s house. Kashvi finds the nurse unconscious and revives her, asking if she had consumed anything. Arjun enters and reports that Shanti is not at home.
The nurse explains that Shanti gave her tea, after which she fell unconscious. They go outside and question the guard, who says Shanti left two minutes ago. Arjun and Kashvi follow Shanti and find her entering a computer café, asking the attendant to help her play the pendrive.
The attendant plays the pendrive, revealing a video showing Shanti driving Aditya’s car to a brothel, burning Arjun’s exam paper, and placing a jacket and helmet in the outhouse. Shanti is shocked, thinking it’s impossible as she didn’t do these things.
Arjun and Kashvi arrive at the café. Kashvi confronts Shanti about trapping Uncle Jagdish and Aditya’s condition. Shanti, realizing she can’t reveal Aditya as the real culprit since Kashvi won’t believe her, decides to escape to prove her innocence.
She pushes Kashvi and escapes in an auto. Arjun alerts Kashvi that Shanti has fled. Kashvi suggests they check the footage. They watch the pendrive, shocked by its contents. Kashvi regrets handcuffing Aditya and wonders why Shanti is doing this. Arjun agrees, stating they need to uncover the truth.
