Aditya confesses to Shanti that he’s the one responsible for her current predicament and her entrapment. He recounts the events leading up to it: first, he recalls sneaking into Kashvi’s room while she was asleep, admitting his role in Shanti’s situation just as she was about to discover the truth.
Then, in another flashback, he deliberately orchestrates an accident involving Kashvi and Arjun, taking pleasure in their ensuing conflict. Subsequently, he enacts his plan by convincing a doctor to falsely attribute his condition to trauma from the accident, bribing him with the promise of financial gain. Aditya then coerces the doctor into arranging for a nurse to assist him, ensuring he can enact his scheme of framing Shanti.
With the intention of diverting suspicion away from himself, Aditya manipulates an AI specialist to create doctored footage that incriminates Shanti instead. He strategically plans to leave the incriminating evidence where Kashvi will find it, effectively casting Shanti as the scapegoat. Confident in his scheme, Aditya enlists the help of Rimi to further implicate Shanti by arranging a meeting between her and Shanti in public, ensuring Kashvi witnesses their interaction.
In the end, Aditya’s cunning plan unfolds as he sets the stage for Shanti’s downfall, knowing exactly whom to manipulate to ensnare her further in his web of deceit.
Shanti inquires, “Why did you do this?” to which Aditya responds, “Kashvi was dangerously close to uncovering my actions, so I framed you as the mastermind.” He recounts orchestrating a scheme involving Rimi, instructing her to feign an elopement and deliberately get caught, thereby shifting suspicion onto Shanti. Rimi complies, and the plan unfolds as intended.
Shanti, grasping the situation, accuses Aditya of ensnaring her husband as well. Aditya callously admits to his manipulations, revealing a sinister pattern. He confesses to fabricating Isha’s assault to incriminate Arjun, only to have Kashvi intervene, forcing him to implicate Mahesh instead. He then callously discloses that Mahesh’s demise was not a suicide but his doing.
Enraged, Shanti vows to expose him, but before she can act, Aditya attempts to silence her permanently, violently assaulting her. Their altercation is interrupted by Kashvi’s arrival, prompting Aditya to retreat. Shanti seizes the opportunity to escape, leaving Kashvi to discover the aftermath. Kashvi, oblivious to the truth, attributes the chaos to a mysterious intruder, while Aditya surreptitiously plants a tracking device on her phone to monitor her movements and conversations.
Later, while Kashvi is occupied in the washroom, Aditya seizes the chance to tamper with her phone, implanting a tracking chip to surveil her activities. He feigns sleep as Shanti sends a voice message, warning him of an impending revelation that could destroy him and reunite Kashvi and Arjun. Aditya is left shaken by the looming threat to his facade of control.
