Arjun receives a call from Kashvi. He asks if there’s any news about Karun. Kashvi informs him that Karun is in the hospital and explains how she found him injured on the road. Shocked, Arjun asks if she is with him at the hospital. Kashvi says Karun suffered a head injury and significant blood loss, urging Arjun to come quickly before ending the call.
Overhearing this, Aditya realizes he was the one who hit Karun with his bike. Angry at how this incident has brought Arjun and Kashvi closer, he decides that while Kashvi is occupied, he will use the time to extract secrets from Shanti and then kill her.
Arjun arrives at the hospital with Jagdish and Mahima. Kashvi indicates that Karun is in the operating theater. Arjun, noticing blood on her hands, asks if it’s Karun’s. Kashvi nods and cries, and Arjun also becomes emotional. Mahima watches them.
When Karun is brought out of the OT, the doctor remarks that Karun is lucky his mother got him to the hospital in time, otherwise they might have lost him. The doctor says Karun will be under observation and instructs Kashvi to stay with him, but Mahima insists she is his mother and will stay.
As Kashvi tries to enter, Mahima accuses her of causing Karun to run away and insists she leave. The nurse asks them to get medicine and complete legal formalities. Arjun goes to get the medicine, while Jagdish handles the paperwork. The doctor checks Karun and declares him stable and out of danger. Mahima thanks the doctor.
Kashvi, desperate for news, asks the doctor about Karun’s condition. Recognizing Kashvi, the doctor recalls her from her delivery and mentions she initially thought Karun was Kashvi’s son due to her fierce protectiveness. She says Kashvi would have been an excellent mother if her child had survived.
Overhearing this, Arjun is taken aback as Kashvi reveals her child is alive, explaining that she was misled into believing her baby was dead. She recounts how she left the city but discovered upon her return that her child was alive. Determined, she vows to find her child.
Aditya, listening nearby, resolves to prevent Arjun from learning that he and Kashvi have a child together. He becomes possessive, even contemplating murder to keep Kashvi. Arjun confronts Kashvi about hiding the truth, realizing the depth of her secret. Aditya, furious that this revelation might strengthen Arjun’s love for Kashvi, plots his next move.
Arjun asks the doctor, “When did it happen?” The doctor replies, “Six to seven years ago.” Arjun, surprised, says, “This happened after you had left.” The doctor suggests they talk privately, and they move to a ward.
In the ward, Arjun begins, “When I learned that you loved me even before our marriage, I was shocked. But I had no idea an even bigger shock was waiting for me.” He continues, “You gave birth to our baby and never told me. Why?” Kashvi, taken aback, asks, “How did you know it was your baby?”
Arjun retorts, “Do you think I wouldn’t remember when we consummated our marriage? It’s something one can’t forget. When I was trapped in the cold storage, freezing to death, you gave me warmth. In that moment, we got carried away and consummated our marriage. Later, when you asked, I didn’t recall it immediately. But once I calmed down, I remembered everything. It became awkward between us, and I couldn’t tell you that I remembered.”
He continues, “If I had known about the pregnancy and the baby, I would have talked to you. But you hid it from me. Why?” Kashvi responds, “You’ve heard it all.” Arjun presses, “What else have you hidden from me all these years? Two major things that could change our lives and future.”
Kashvi admits, “I hid that I used to love you and that I was pregnant and we had a baby. I had a valid reason not to tell you.” Arjun, hurt, says, “I had every right to know about my child, but you chose to keep it from me and live alone with our child. This is the biggest betrayal of my life, and I can never forgive you.” As the emotional “Chahatein” song plays, Kashvi cries, thinking that Arjun only expresses anger without asking how she felt losing their child and enduring the pain alone.
Meanwhile, Shanti worries about her lack of money for food and calls Aditya. Aditya, answering on a secret number, asks, “Why are you calling me on this number?” Shanti warns, “If Kashvi learns the secret, she will leave you. Should I tell her?” Aditya, remembering his promise, pleads, “I need more time to clear Mahesh and your names.” Shanti threatens, “If you don’t give me proof of our innocence soon, I will reveal the secret to Kashvi.”
