Shanti sternly tells Aditya that she needs proof of her and Mahesh’s innocence by tomorrow, or she will reveal the secret to Kashvi. She ends the call abruptly. Aditya, unfazed, tells the nurse to be cautious as Kashvi might arrive soon, and he needs to use the restroom.
He heads there while the nurse notices blood on Kashvi’s saree. Kashvi dismisses it as someone else’s blood and heads towards the bathroom. The nurse stops her, insisting on checking her first.
Meanwhile, Aditya overhears and quickly returns to his bed, pretending to be in a coma. Kashvi enters the room and questions the nurse about the open bathroom light, to which the nurse apologizes for the mistake.
As Kashvi prepares to leave for the bathroom, she holds Aditya’s hand, expressing her desire to speak to her best friends. She confides in him about Arjun discovering the truth about their child, leading to their emotional fallout. Aditya, reveling in her pain, pretends to be unconscious while secretly enjoying her tears.
Elsewhere, Arjun wonders why Kashvi never told him about their child. Kashvi, in a moment of prayer, asks for Karun’s recovery. When Karun regains consciousness, Arjun immediately calls for the doctor. Mahima feigns concern, but the doctor assures that Karun will likely be discharged the next morning, much to Arjun’s relief.
Pandit ji notices Kashvi’s troubled state and inquires about her well-being. Kashvi, though polite, admits that nothing seems right in the house. Pandit ji suggests organizing a Satyanarayan puja, to which Kashvi agrees, hoping for some solace.
Arjun confronts Dadi about Kashvi’s love and pregnancy revelation, expressing his right to know about impending fatherhood. Dadi reveals Kashvi’s attempt to disclose the truth but refrained upon witnessing Arjun’s wedding with Mahima, who was also expecting. She emphasizes Kashvi’s agony upon learning of their stillborn child and her desire to shield Arjun from such pain. Dadi questions Arjun’s stance, seeking his support or departure.
Later, Arjun seeks Kashvi and acknowledges Dadi’s disclosure, apologizing for his earlier accusations and acknowledging her solitary suffering. Expressing a newfound determination upon learning their child is alive, he inquires about the baby’s whereabouts.
Kashvi reveals meeting Gitika during Simran’s case, who delivered their child, leading to a revelation that Gitika’s mother-in-law swapped their live baby with a deceased one. Arjun pledges to aid in the search, asserting their child’s importance. He then departs to tend to Karun, leaving Kashvi. Aditya overhears, harboring resentment and vowing to regain control upon awakening from his coma.
Arjun encounters Mahima and questions her decision to take Karun home without informing him. Mahima criticizes Arjun’s negligence, prompting Kashvi’s arrival and invitation to a puja, despite Karun’s silent rejection. Arjun promises to bring Karun, attempting to ease the tension.
Meanwhile, in a hotel room, Shanti faces a police raid, realizing the jeopardy of her situation and the potential consequences of getting caught.
